Keon rocking back and forth in her seat slightly she toke Caelan's words into consideration. She began tapping her rainbow nails together. Going over the statistics in her head. "Hmmmmm." Doing the math and multiple situations in her head she believed the stocks would hold up. "Any day there is no war is a good day. And hopefully it would never come to that. The monks always taught me other methods to solving conflicts. But as we now stand . . . I do think, no, I know our stocks will hold up for well over a year and a half. . . . We've had good crops this year that will hold us over along with other resources. . . . " She looked to Horace. "But if you want we can double stock production, with a striving economy like this we can make it work with bringing in extra materials."

All of the advisors were interesting, there was Palani, Alvada, Uaine, Lew, and Nova... Each harnessing an important gear to the large machine Horace was controlling, including Suoh's part. As the advisers spoke of grain and people and if war would cause them to run out Suoh interjected. "I agree with Palani, we aren't in war now, and we have enough supplies for now. So lets keep it that way. The better situation we're in, the greater chance it will improve." Suoh said looking to his desk and opened a drawer and pulled out a scroll. "I'll have more agriculture put into Otogakure, just in case of war... so we'll have just that much more food to last us."

Caelan nodded quietly as Keon confirmed they had enough stock for a year or more...it wouldn't be enough if war came but as was mentioned...it was not a concern now. He settled back, quietly satisfied.

"We would have blood, Rance." Idelle replied easily and her wolf's ears perked up at the word. Smiling, her pink lips stretching red against the pale of her skin, Idelle repeated herself "We would have blood. And violence. And it would be interesting, exciting....I could be of use." she rolled her head back, hair falling off her shoulders as she stared at the ceiling "Give me something to do..." she sighed, not wanting to talk agriculture anymore. Anything else would do.

Having finished some training, Kaito would arrive at the Otokage's office area and immediately approach the man wrapped head-to-toe in bandages standing in front of the Otokage's door. Giving his usual smile the young shinobi would wave to the presumed guard, "Hello! May I speak with the Otokage, kind sir?" Kaito asked in a most cheerful tone.

Timid saw as a boy walked into the office, the boy was much more nicer than Saionji, Saionji was mean to Timid, however, this boy seemed to greet him with a tone that Timid had not heard in a while. Timid shook his had in reluctance. "The Otokage is in a meeting sadly..." Timid said tilting his head then bringing one hand to his chin and scratched it with one finger. "but maybe I can help you? Are you looking for scrolls, perhaps a mission?" Timid said in monotone once more.

Kaito would release a small sigh as he let his shoulders slump a bit, "That's a shame. I still haven't had the chance to meet him." he would say bit disappointed. Upon hearing Timid's next phrase Kaito would once again reply in a cheerful tone, "Yes you can! I was actually here to see if I could participate in the Chunnin Exams this year?"

Timid seemed like a really nice guy, even with the lack of inflection in his voice Kaito wondered if Timid was trained to act this way being a guard and all. Nevertheless, as long as Timid continued to help him, Kaito would see him as a friend regardless of his interpersonal skills.

Timid looked to Kaito and sized him up for a second then spoke once more. "I cannot give you a solid answer, but Lord Otokage is usually up for giving people challenges." Timid said as he then walked over to the wall of scrolls that were held in a cabinet with a bunch of diamond square shaped holes where the scrolls resided, much like a fancy wine cabinet. Each categorized by, rank, type, skill level, etc. "What is your name again? I'll give you a to do list... Some training, Some missions then by the time you're done, Lord Otokage will come find you and speak to you personally." Timid said with his loss of emotion in his voice. His finger hovering over each and every scroll for a second until moving onto the next.

Upon hearing about the need for a challenge, Kaito would nod firmly before relinquishing his name, "My name is Kaito of the Hyuuga clan. I am the only one of my clan here in the Hidden Sound Village." The young shinobi would give a short bow before continuing, "I gladly accept any and all challenges given to me by Lord Otokage." the tone in his voice was one of confidence and pride.

The change in tone was mostly due to Kaito's want to prove to himself and to others that he had the potential to become a great shinobi. Given this opportunity to prove himself could not come at a better time.

Timid looked to Kaito, and would have smiled, if you'd seen it, then turned and grabbed a few scrolls from the walls. "Okay Kaito Hyuuga, glad to have you aboard. So, today we'll have you tag along with your future squad mate." Timid then turned and walked back to Kaito in a very slow pace then handed him the three scrolls. "These are for training, they have Medical, Genjutsu, and Ninjutsu techniques up to Rank B."

Timid then heard the reply from Kaito about any challenge. "Well, in that case then. I have a proposition for you. Go to the Marketplace, there you will meet a girl by the name of Saionji, or Sai. She is on a mission to find two men who burnt down some stores, I want you too accompany her and train with her." Timid said with handing the boy the final scroll. "This is an appointment for you and Sai afterwards. When you are finished with your training and mission, The Otokage will find you both and train with you to get you ready for the Chuunin Exams." Timid placed the scroll into Kaito's hands then walked back to his position beside the door, his slouch ever present.

Horace nodded to his advisers. There was a reason he had picked each one of them to aid him in his mission, in their dream of a united world. Standing, Horace gave a clearing throat caught to allow everyones attention to be drawn to him.

"I do believe that covers everything we need to discuss, and i am proud of all of you. Souh, keep running our operations as you have. Although your performance has been...satisfactory....it can be improved and it needs to be. Let us leave this place. No need in our safety being compromised.

Each of the advisers held a single hand seal, and dissapeared in a plume of smoke. The meeting was now adjurned.

"You Shall Be Assimilated."

Suoh looked at Horace and smiled "Of course." He then waited until they left and sighed, the office was empty, but the knocking on the door seemed to never end. Now Timid was even knocking trying to get a hold of Suoh so he could speak to Kaito. Suoh rubbed his temples and slowly got up, he brought his hands together and summoned another clone, this one would now stay in the office while the other went out to check on the village.

Timid knocked repeatedly and was getting antsy. "Just a second Kaito, I think he's coming." Timid said in his ever so monotone voice. Just then a shinobi of Sound appeared, he was one from the wall, and handed a note to Timid. Timid opened the note and tried to read it, even considering he had his bandages over his eyes...

Just then, Suoh opened the door and was facing Kaito. He smiled to him then looked to Timid "May I have it?" Timid nodded and handed it to Suoh and Suoh read it to himself. "Ah... Perfect. You're Kaito Hyuuga right? My my I know someone you may have interest in some day..." Apollo was in town, and that was all sorts of good news. Suoh smiled to the Genin and looked to Timid "Make sure the next few Genin get to speak to me..." The relationship between Timid and Suoh was odd, it was as if Suoh knew everything Timid did, the second he learnt of something, but it was not the other way around... Suoh then headed out the door towards the gates.

The click of her heels could be heard even before Saionji came into view. However, she she did, it was more then enough to make the gave of even the most resilient men linger. The confidence she exuded was evident in every step she took, her face showcasing a air of steely indifference. That was until she saw Suoh. When she set her sights on the Otokage she lit up like a fireworks display, trying horribly to suppress her smile. As she neared him she winked at the leader of her village, a distinct air of informality between them"Heya~" They had been through a hell of a lot together on the road and it caused a bond between them. Saionji and her family was part of the original core of people who recognized his greatness and helped found the village. Rank aside, she considered them friends. Still, he was the Otokage and that meant she couldn't be quiet as friendly as she wished she could be. Not like he'd allow it anyways. Friken buzzkill. Regardless, she reached into her pocket and withdrew a folded piece of paper, the prisoner confirmation, and handed it to the Kage. He would know what it meant. She didn't know for sure, but she suspected of his connection to Timid and he suspected that she suspected

So many Suoh clones! (Im getting confused xD) The Suoh from office came out and smiled to Saionji warmly. That girl had been at his side for a very long time, he was very grateful he had a capable genin who was already hard at work in the village. "Hey Sai, finish the mission already?" Suoh looked to Kaito and smirked "A bit slow I think." The notion was to say that Kaito was given the mission as well, but hadn't even left the office... but it could also be taken as a friendly poke at Sai. Suoh chuckled and to the slip of paper, reading it over he smiled and pulled out a bag of ryo. "Here you are Sai, go get yourself something nice for the Chuunin Exams. Soon we'll have to talk about how that will all happen." Suoh paused putting on a sort of serious face, his smile disappearing like a melting snowflake. "There are some special rules I need to pass to you during your time in the Exams. Also order's..." Suoh said with a grin going back to his smile. Suoh had plans for her, and, of course Suoh's plans were to further the strength of Otogakure and their team, but, the implications may be dangerous... He didn't know if Sai would object to it or not... The plan being, giving her a Curse Mark, if he could.

"Go train with Kaito and the other genin in the Academy or Dojo, hone your skills and soon I'll be there for a special spar. Lets say.... Genin's VS Kage? That'll be fun." Suoh smiled once more that the Shinobi.

To Suoh's words, Saionji nodded in agreement. She was curious, though, about what this special condition would be"Well best you go ahead and meet me at the Academy in a bit. I leave tomorrow for the Exams and I plan to spend all my time until then training for this. I plan on winning and showing the world why this Village stands" If anyone could do it, it was her, and Suoh knew that"Actually, I'm going to go ahead and head over there. Meet me there when you can, and try to make it soon!" With that she turned and dashed off, ready to get down to training

Lasuro walked down the hallway headed towards the Otogakure's office to final meet him, the strongest in the village and hopefully one to look up to, the first person Lasuro would give his life to. Maybe, who knows. As Lasuro was walking down the hallway Lasuro noticed long browned haired dashing towards him. To avoid getting ran over Lasuro moved to the side. "umm hello" Lasuro said in a low voice. Clearly she probably didn't hear him so he didnt expect her to respond back so he kept walking do the hall until he noticed a man Larger then him wrapped head-to-toe in bandages standing in front of the Otokage's door with no inch of skin showing, nor eyes. Lasuro stared at the Large man knowing what he was. "Well can I speak to the otogakure?" Lasuro asked while looking down at the ground.
