"They're sold on the market in france, and people seem to like them there."He said conversationally as he got a crepe as well before waiting at the end for Kyo.He wanted to go to the japanese carts, then the american ones.

Kyo picked up a few snails and put them on his plate. He might as well try them. Still, he couldn't help but stare right at the once-slimy creatures. They seemed a little... strange to look at, much less eat. It's surprising what different cultures have in mind.

Gikishou watched and chuckled, smiling. "Which cart do you want to go to next?" He asked. Kyo should get his food first since Gikishou was treating him to dinner.

"Wherever you want to go, I guess," Kyo said, very unsure about which cart to see next. Since he never tried most of the things here, it was probably best to let Giki-san choose.

Gikishou nodded and lead him to the japanese carts, getting sushi, curry, and various others before waiting on Kyo. He smiled as he watched his boyfriend chose his food.

Kyo put some curry on his plate, though not too close to the snails. It was the only thing he wanted to eat at the moment. Maybe he could return to get some sushi later, but not now.

Gikishou gently lead him to the american carts and got a hamburger along with some fries and a slice of cheesecake. "Ready?" He asked, looking at Kyo and smiling.

Kyo nodded after he put some fries on his plate. Right now the plate was pretty full, but the mix of different foods seemed to look a little weird. He was still most bothered by the escargot.

Gikishou smiled and walked back to their table with him, sitting across from him. "I'll try one of my snails first, and let you know if they taste bad." He told him, eating one cautiously. It wasn't all that bad.

Kyo watched as Giki-san ate a snail. At first, he had expected the junior to spit the thing out right away, but there was what may be a look of satisfaction on his face. That would mean that the snail tasted okay to him, right?

"Different, but not bad." He said after he swallowed. "Don't focus on what it is your eating, and it tastes pretty good." He said, eating another.

Nodding, Kyo then ate his own snail. The taste wasn't as bad as he had expected it to be, in fact it was the complete opposite of what he had expected. Not bad for a snail, really.

Gikishou saw that he was eating it and grinned. He finished his snails and then started on the sushi, eating slowly.

It wasn't long before Kyo finished his own snails and now started eating some French fries. He wished he would have gotten some ketchup, though, since it seemed that the fries would taste better dipped into the sauce.

Gikishou took his small paper cup/tub/thing and nudged it over. "You can use some of my ketchup if you want. I don't double dip."
