I was going to cosplay as BlackRose for my school's halloween party and for the anime convention that we are going in Feburary to Arlington to their Anime Expo (I think that what it called) it only happens once a year in February so my anime club are raisiing money to go and cosplay.
I'm going to cosplay as BlackRose (maybe) my friend Becky was going to cosplay as Gaara (from Naruto), my other friend Shawn was going to cosplay Kite but he wanted to be a ninja instead. But there is more people that are going to cosplay. If I go to the convention and i wish I could go to Comic CON crying I could of cosplayed between BlackRose or one of my other favorite characters from an anime show. crying

Just make sure you have the body for cosplaying
BlackRose. Her outfit is very revealing, and if you
don't have the curves, the amor ends up looking
flat and can fall off. Have someone make sure
throughout the night that you maintain BlackRose's
hairstyle, as the flip can "fall" if you don't keep an
eye on it. Remember BlackRose's maneurisms as
well. Unless you are going to act out her entire life
story, don't mope around. Have either a nonchalant
look on when randommly walking, and either call
anyone you come up to a n00b (like she did Kite)
or greet them sincerely (like she does anyone else).
And also, take into effect that BlackRose has a very
short temper. Nearly anything annoying sets her over
the deepend.
If you find keeping up the act all night, you may want
to shift over the "Rena" mode, considering Rena has
BlackRose's avatar. Her maneurisms are more shy and
girly, and she is nearly always blushing and smiling. Her
personality is a lot more easy to imitate that the tomboy
BlackRose.

I'm a bad girl. I'm peer pressuring all my friends into making a giant G.U. group for next Otakon. So far, we've got an Xth whore, a butt-ribbon whore, an Alkaid, an Endrance, and maybe an Atoli (if I peer pressure her s'more).

It made me sad that there weren't any people dressed up as Zelkova at this years Otakon, so I might do that for next year. Though I'll need to find a Mini-Azure Kite replacement for myself... O_o
