Maddy Let's see how much I remember... A) What was the name and appearance of the souvenir Riker asked him to bring back for him? (It appeared in his quarters in later episodes.) It's named organ... or something that sounds like that. (Sorry can't remember how to write it). B) That souvenir of Risa actually DID something, when you're on Risa. What does it do? Already answered. C) What was the last thing Picard did with the souvenir, on camera? No idea. D) What did Picard have planned for his time on Risa? (We saw him doing it part of the episode.) Already answered. E) What recurring character did he meet there, on Risa? Vash F) Give some information about the Tox Uthat. Sorry, no idea either.
OK, let's close this out.... A) CORRECT! It's called a Hohrgahn. (Give or take a letter 'h'.)
B) CORRECT! As previously answered, it signifies the bearer is seeing "Jamaharon". (Wink, wink.)
C) Picard was not pleased when he found out what the thing did. His initial response: "RIKER!" He hid the thing under his beach-towel.
D) CORRECT! He just wanted to sit at poolside and read. Between the main story for the episode, and women offering Jamaharon, he couldn't get much peace.
E) CORRECT! Vash dragged him into the main storyline.
F) The Tox Uthat was the device from the future that somehow ended up on Risa. Supposedly, it could cause a sun to go nova, and, theoretically, reverse the process.

BTW, The reason Takai was excused was because last time, I asked how the Hohrgahn looked. He said it was a little statue. I said that was WRONG, and then described the hoverball that one staffmember had. No, the thing is a little statue.
Oddly enough, I remember Riker mentioning he could find it shortly after arriving on Risa, which, naturally, meant that's when Picard bought it, which led to the little misunderstanding. smile Riker did ask for it, and said he should have no trouble finding it, but did no SPECIFY finding it right after arriving.

Lindira Lindira I feel like there should be a Trivia revival or something. sweatdrop *tries to think of a question* Oooh! I've got one! NEW question!! ==== This is from Deep Space Nine (as if I could come up with one from a different series... whee ) In the episode "Past Tense," Sisko, Dax, and Bashir find themselves in the 21st century. Sisko and Bashir are taken to a Sanctuary District. How were the inhabitants of the Sanctuary District categorized? Please name each category of people and describe who they were for full credit. 3nodding (Example: "Scrubs" - People who worked part time in the janitorial facility (not an actual answer)) I guess this is open to anybody, just to get the game going again. Erm... How about you just name 2 to get it right? sweatdrop
Um...I know there were the Dims (the, well, dim people) and...uh...
Crap, I should know this. ><

The only ones I remember were the "Gimmies", who were looking for a free ride or hand-outs. (From "gimme", slang for "Give me".)

Yay! Correct! You may split up the points between the two of you. 3nodding
The last was the "Ghosts" who were bad people who liked to "haunt" areas and cause trouble.

Steel Sterling NEW question! === This is a DS9 question, and I'll open it to EVERYONE, no headstart. Those runabouts sure did a lot of work. This question is related to one from the old guild. I'm adding a third part to the question. Answer any TWO out of THREE, please. The runabouts of the station Deep Space 9.... A) what are they named after? B) who gets to name them? C) which runabout seems to last the entire run of the series? Think carefully. There were a bunch of them, but one seemed to have a charmed existence and would be the one YOU'D want to use if there was trouble. wink Best 2 of 3, please.
A) Earth Rivers B) Captain Sisko C) The Rio Grande ...?

CORRECT!
A) The Danube-class runabouts are all named after rivers. The Mekong, the Orinoco...
B) Remembered this from last time, I take it? Major Kira announced a new runabout had been delivered. Sisko: "Let's name this one...the GANGES!" Kira: *dryly* "Good thing Earth has a lot of rivers."
C) Phil Farrand was the first person to notice that about the Rio Grande. When an unnamed runabout is destroyed, he says "You can bet that wasn't the Rio Grande. That ship has had a charmed life."

Steel Sterling NEW question! === This is Classic Trek and Next Gen. This is about birthplaces. A) What state was James Kirk from? B) What town was Jean-Luc Picard from? (town and country) Answer BOTH to post, please. Veterans, please mind the headstart. smile
I don't remember Jean-Luc's town... so I'm not sure if I may answer the rest or wait til someone else post. Will try to remember meanwhile.

Steel Sterling Give them another day. smile =============== NEW question! === This is for the NextGen crew. Various comparisons have been made between ladies' man James Kirk and ladies' man William Riker. (Especially before the beard.) Kirk once explained a "no-fraternizing" rule, which helps explain his behaviour on planets. If he doesn't see it as proper to date the crew, he has to date off-crew. So, his quest is for women. smile Riker, however, doesn't have that excuse, and he STILL gets around off-planet. So, here's the question. Name TWO or more of Riker's NON-HUMAN girlfriends. (Technically, ex'es.) (I can name 3 off the top of my head-go for 3 or more for bragging rights.) Veterans, please mind the headstart.... do we have to have teh exact names? I can remember a general description...
