jamba juice

homemade cheeseburger
tater tots
steamed broccoli

2 L

Excersize:
swim practice

Comments:
pretty good day. Well, except the cheeseburger, I guess. But at least it was homemade and not a fast food one.

salad (lettuce, parmesian cheese, chicken, croutons)
watermelon

Snack:
strawberry yogurt

Dinner:
broccoli & beef w/ steamed rice

Water:
1.5 L

Excersize:
30 min soccer (on offense!)

Comments:
I'm gonna start doing this again. I had a really good day today and it's gotten me really confident!

asian chicken salad w/ some kind of dressing...

fruit leather (an organic fruit roll up type thing)

Lunch:
apple
salad w/ chicken & sesame dressing

Snack:
apples with yogurt & granola
mint mocha

Dinner:
teriyaki chicken

Water:
1.5 L

Excersize:
~1.5 miles marching (band practice)
.5 mile jogging
~30 min. volleyball (does that count?)

Comments:
I had a pretty good day so I thought it would be a good day to start doing this again. I've fallen into some old habits (not all of them, though), and last time I kept this journal I broke some bad eating habits for good, so hopefully I can break even more. I'm almost halfway to my goal weight, too! Well, I think I am; I haven't been able to use a working scale in a long time. domokun

lawl @ this being like my 3rd attempt at starting to keep a journal again. It's been almost a year since I started seriously trying to lose weight, and I'm 30 lbs down and halfway to my goal. 3nodding I've kind of plateaued in the last couple months, though, and it's entirely my fault. I haven't excersized regularly in forever, and I've been eating way more junk food than I had been. But there is good news! I'm going to do swim team this year, so that's a good 2 hours of excersize every weekday starting in February. Soo.. let's see if I can get these last 30 lbs off before summer! Or before prom, if I'm lucky. 3nodding

Swim practice started this week. X) I'm sore all over but at least I'm getting excersize every day!

That is a big loss!

Thats basically taking 6 bowlingballs worth of weight off your body.

@Rose: Thanks! biggrin And of course I remember you! Yeah, I got out of the habit of keeping a journal too, and I've been trying to get back into it but you can see how well that's working. X)

Actually, I had really been ready to get back into it, but then I got a bad cold! So I temporarily forget everything I had learned about good eating habits and kinda said "screw this, I'm miserable and sick and I'm gonna eat a ton of junk food!" so yeah. I'm almost over it though. I'm gonna get back to swim practice (and hopefully journal entry-writing) tomorrow. I'm goin' for 20 more lbs by Prom (May 24). whee
