YukiroKatsuya I am rather fond of my uber uke charas. I hardly use them but with one person but most of the time, they have a spine they just don't use it ^^ I hate FANGIRLS!!!!!!! Girls that just go wild over yaoi and have to be all "zomg zomg two bois kissing suuu hawt! make me hoorrnneeehh!" I can live without that. Id o not mind fangirls who watch yaoi and like it but don't go off on how horny it makes them or get all squeeling and s**t. It's just annoying. HERE HERE!!! I say we start a guild!

Biggest yaoi pet peeve: bad PWP, rape, and ***** used to be super squeamish about but now I don't mind D/s, bondage, incest(RARELY--sometimes they're just too messed up for anyone else), etc.
Seme/uke never bothered me. Some of my favorite characters are uke.

My problem with yaoi (as opposed to softer stuff) is the rush to have sex. They're not going to die if they don't get it on right then and there (usually!), I like more of a build up. Other stuff I don't like is shota and incest, it squicks me. sad

The things I dont like is:
1) Manly mans together. I dont know why the hell that bugs me so much, but I like it when they're in highschool and they get it on when they're not suspose to.
2) Forced sex, that just bugs me sooo bad. I mean, come on. gonk
3) Cencered stuff. I WANT TO SEE IT ALL. >:O

A pet peeve I have about yaoi?
Also the forcing into sex until they fall in love. That I don't like... I like it better if they fall in love first, then the sex is so much more meaningful (hence the term "making love").

I have two pet peeves that are not really peeves, it is just I hate seeing girls making expectations of what really yaoi couples do:
1) Rimming; o_o i may be gay, but i don't understand what is intising about it
2) Ukes don't naturally get wet, really. And semen doesn't make for a good lubricant -trust me.

1. Whimpering blushing ukes. I don't mind girly ukes that much, but I really dislike it when every word out of the seme's mouth light them up red. If the character is embarrassed, they can use other body language to illustrate it.

Seijaku_Ishida 1) Rape in which afterwards, the character has no mental trauma. Non-con, I can stand, but even if...nay, ESPECIALLY if a character enjoys it...there will be emotional damage done. 2) Girly ukes. I'm actually starting to dislike the whole seme/uke thing as a whole. Ukes are VERY often very feminine and are often doing 'womanly' things. 3) Self-lubricating ukes. 'nuff said.
