__"What's McDonalds?" Kagami immediately thought before she saw some curious suction coming from his mechanical arm. "Is that ninjutsu? How can he move that arm?" Kagami thought as the powerful suction consumed the large puddle when the water clone and reflective pool de-materialized. The sudden suction surprised her so much that she could not hold her hands together, thus breaking the illusion binding. The vacuum caused books, paper, and furniture from around the room to be massively displaced. As she was pulled in by the suction she formed a tiger hand sign and expanded her lungs before releasing one fire lily. Typically the technique afforded her three fire lilies, but she decided to reduce the amount for the preservation of the library. The fire would be sucked into the hand just as the water was but would cancel out the chakra in the mechanism and itself. Her intention was for the fire to be sucked in, stop the suction, and damage the hand.

Ryutaro was acutely aware when his body had freedom of movement again. He instantly closed off the vacuum on his mechanism since winning through mechanisms wasn't fun. As the fireballs came at his arm he waited until the flames closed their distance to one point. Ryutaro then spun and used his puppet arm to slam the fireballs away, dissolving them into flickers of embers which dissolved into nothing. Ryutaro then finished the spin and faced Kagami. He was immediately intrigued by her. Her fighting style was defensive, preferring to stand her grounds through a combination of ninjutsu and genjutsu. However, since she cared about this building, she was purposefully keeping her skill potential to a minimal to keep the building safe. This gave Ryutaro as much of an advantage as it provided a disadvantage. On the bright side it probably saved him from having to deal with her more drastic ninjutsu. On the other hand, if he tried to make too big of a ruckus and accidentally destroyed part of the building then he would invoke the true potential of her wrath. Overall, he needed to keep this fight on a low profile in order to win. Fortunately, up close and personal was his favorite plan of attack.
He moved in suddenly. He knew that the mirror could reflect a direct punch, but what about an angled strike? His puppet arm swung and crashed down on Kagami's head if she didn't move or block it. Considering his height over her, the strike wouldn't be too hard to perform. He smiled the whole time he swung. He was smiling through this whole ordeal really. He loved the sensation of his body pulsating to a new fight. He felt alive at the moment, and it reflected in his eyes. He wished for the sensation to never end.
__ As Ryutaro's puppet arm was forced down to hit her head she quickly stepped to her immediate right. Ryutaro would feel his hand pass through an after image as the real Kagami unhooked a polearm from her back. It was a golden trident that she had to shake the cobwebs off of. Kagami reserved her trident as a backup solution for certain situations. In this situation, she wanted to avoid using elemental ninjutsu to damage the Institute. Especially since she could easily flood the entire area if she were not careful. It took much effort for Kagami to retreat from Uzushiogakure and keep herself from using Isobu's abilities to flood the entire village as that was not in her interest. Ryutaro was starting to piss her off and she was now more than willing to draw blood in this spar and send the lad to the clinic.
There were no mirrors around anymore, just the reflective pool of water that dematerialized and was sucked up by the mechanism. She did not wish to expend any more chakra than necessary to create her demonic sea mirrors. With her trident in her hands, she lunged the six-foot polearm forward in a thrust towards the Scotsman's stomach. Kagami needed to mentally prepare in case that weird arm of his had anymore tricks in store for her.

Did this girl know taijutsu?! Oh this girl's level of hotness just rose from a nine to a GOD DAMN eleven. His eyes shined with lust as she moved for the weapon. The sight of the trident annoyed him slightly, especially since he knew that there was a warrior behind that slender frame. He had to bring it out. His right human palm rose as he thrusted it directly into the path of the trident. Blood splattered as he held his arm erect to keep the trident in place. "Come on little lady! Don't threaten a man with a good time if you have no intentions of following through!" He snarled as the tattoo on his forehand expanded. Blood returned to his hand as the wound closed around the trident. Before the woman would have too much time to think or respond, especially since her hands were gripped on the trident, his left puppet arm extended and his fist was pointed directly at the girl. The punch extended from his wrist as it would launch with extreme bias into the woman's chest. However, he wasn't trying to kill her now. No, he saw now that this was a warrior. She was more than a fragile flower hiding behind mirrors and illusions. She was a true killer, one who would do anything to push her agenda forward. He needed now to see the limits of that. He needed to see how far she would go!
__ When the rocket punch was sent toward her, the quick woman immediately let go of her trident and jumped out of the way. When she barely avoided the punch and saw that the savage was more than willing to take the brunt impact of her trident just to toy with her she was filled with rage. Suddenly, seagreen chakra formed over her skin before forming three chakra tails. Her eyes glowed a ghastly yellow and her nails and skin hardened as she donned more of Isobu's features. "Stand down or I'll ******** kill you!" The Jinchuuriki yelled with her voice filled with ire. Ryutaro wanted to try pushing her toward the limits of her patience. If he did not surrender then she would truly feel her immense wrath.

His eyes went wide at the sight of the monstrous aura. Was it possible?! Right in front of him stood the host of a god damn demon. This group had demon host?! Why didn't they post it on the fliers?! "Well wet my nipples and lube my hole." He said with a smirk. He removed the trident from his hand and the wound closed up completely. He took a knee and lowered his head in humility. "Name's Ryutaro. I bind myself in service to the Queen." His scottish accent rolls his tongue like a cat that purrs. He was beyond excited to see someone beyond powerful in his presence. He wanted to fight
__ The fallen priestess' demonic cloak dissipated the moment Ryutaro bowed before her. "Ryutaro, you...are...mine." Kagami growled her words out as she thought of an immediate use for her new dog. Once she finally calmed down she gestured for him to rise. "Use the library and the yard to hone your skills. After that, infiltrate the Storm village and cause some mayhem. I've already assigned a covert operator for an important mission there, but chaos is a ladder." Once she was done speaking with him she pointed to and authoritatively approached Kaida. "I'm claiming you too, sweet cheeks. Go do some training and then spy on the Land of Whirlpools. I need intel on them now that they've declared war on us." Kagami did not know the sweet looking girl's story, nor did she care. This was her chance to join Kogarashi if she so desired and if she squandered it then Kagami would have no further use for her.
Kagami lowered her arm and looked up to see the gray-haired man eavesdropping on them from above. She rolled her eyes before stepping outside and walking up the side of the wall to meet him on the roof. "I don't wish for Belamos Karna to die. I know he must be pissed off at me for offing Takumi, but I had no choice. It was either Takumi's life or the collapse of Kogarashi. Takumi refused to leave the helm of his ship so I did what I had to do." Kagami wiped a tear from her cheek as she remembered Takumi taking her in and teaching her all that she knew. "That idiot, I wish he just listened to me." She wiped another frustrated tear before focusing again. "Anyway, Kogarashi needs Belamos back in the fold to be fully consolidated. What are your thoughts?" Kagami asked the wanderer who had the valuable information.

The battle was...boring. Neither one particularly impressed him very much although he knew Kagami was withholding the brunt of her power. After a half a minute or so he ducked back in and sat on a bench- waiting for the woman to arrive. It wasn't long before she joined him, sitting on one of the benches opposite. When she explained her intentions and asked his advice, the male leaned forward and placed his elbows on his knee, rubbings his hands together in thought "He is...a tough person to deal with. A fool, yes, but not a weak fool- especially considering how much he knows about the organization. You are powerful Ms. Hari but I daresay that if Belamos and Tsuki wanted you dead there would be little you could do save run" With a lengthy exhale he sat back up and met her eyes "But they are not without weaknesses. Belamos, specifically. While he is undoubtedly angry at you the fact that he is not here already is a good sign- we can use the time." He drummed his fingers on his leg now, trying to figure out how he was going to verbalize this idea "If...if it were me...I would shift his anger onto someone else. If you could get Belamos, and perhaps even Tsuki and the Twins, furious at the Whirlpool Village well, you might just kill two birds with one stone. The other option would be to go to him and" He held his fingers in the air for fake quotation marks now "Apologize. He is an arrogant man and if you appeal to that he may very well listen. Whichever you choose to do, just know the clock has already begun ticking. The Belamos marches here with Arashi forces it will be too late"
Blood oath complete Naoki stood to her feet. Eyes sharpening to the mention of the seven mist swords she was more then familiar. In fact one of the seven was her destiny. Being groomed as a seven mist swordsman by her mother, the Uchiha's fists clenched tight at her side. First they threw her away and now the mist swords are out in the wild. This can't stand! The thought echoing through out her being."Yes! I understand! I will not fail you Lady Kagami!" Her tone filled with determination the raven haired girl gave a small bow as Kagami left the room.
With her mission given Naoki started to prepare. Retrieving two scrolls form her person. The Uchiha would use one to set up a Summoning contract with Kagami. This would be done by using Kagami's blood that was left behind in the clinic. A summoning contract so Naoki could reverse summon herself once her mission was complete. Next she would set up a scroll of communication which she coined as a scroll phone. This was done so the Uchiha could send Kagami updates on her mission. Once these two things were set up Naoki located Kagami's office and left the two scrolls. Both with instructions of how to use them and that they needed to be on her person at all time. With that Naoki would go back to her current house and get some other stuff ready before leaving.

__ Kagami tapped her chin as she listened to Reiji. She needed to find a way to get Belamos back on Kogarashi's side. If she could manage that then she could continue Kogarashi's operations and advance them further. Her current goal was to create a conflict between Uzushiogakure and Arashigakure, but using Belamos and Tsuki to create that conflict would just create a further divide between her and the organization's founders. When Reiji mentioned that Belamos was not here yet it created new questions. "That's a good point, why didn't he come straight here to try to kill me?" She pondered further possibilities. "He must be trying to mobilize Arashigakure against Kogarashi. Since Uzu is already at war with me it would be foolish to agitate the Storm as well." Instead of manipulating or antagonizing Belamos or Tsuki, it was time for Kagami to make an attempt to bring them into the alliance. Suddenly, an idea visited her. "There will be plenty of time to pit the Hidden Storm against the Hidden Whirlpool but I need Belamos and Tsuki back in Kogarashi first. Takumi used to send messages to Belamos using birds, I could probably write him and Tsuki an invitation to meet in person." There was no doubt that this was the best course of action currently. Kogarashi could not stay divided if it were to eliminate the remaining villages that were a hideous blight on this world.

She listened. Good. Maybe she wasn't as hopeless as she thought "That's not a bad idea- but you'll have to be aware that they will likely be expecting a trap and it would be wise to expect one yourself. If you would like I will accompany you on this randevouz. If need be, I can handle Tsukina" Truth be told he could have slaughtered both of them with reletive easy...but best not to play one's hand before need be. "Or I could remain here. __ Kagami shook her head at Reiji once he offered to go with her. She now fully understood what needed to be done. "Stay here, I know what to say." She immediately stood from the bench and walked towards Takumi's old rookery on the other side of the compound. She grabbed a pen and parchment before writing an invitation by hand. She signed her name on the bottom before picking a bird out of its cage. She placed the rolled up invitation into a cartridge attached to the bird. Kagami released the bird into the wide expanses to deliver the message to Belamos as it had done many times before. She grabbed the scrolls from Naoki and stored them in her bag before leaving the Institute.

The markings faded as Ryutaro got his assignment. He smirked at the request. Make a ruckus. He was going to need to find some new toys if he was to do this. However, he was sure that he could do what was needed. All he needed to do was train.
Ryutaro read all what he needed. He picked up a scroll of the konoha style of combat. He read about Dynamic Entry and Dynamic Action. He further read about Tackle Charge and Pressure Palm. Finally, he read about Peregrine Falcon Drop and Crushing Fist. To him, reading was as good as performing it.
Ryutaro next read his next batch of techniques. He read about the Leaf Shadow Dance and the Leaf Spinning Wind. He also read about the Leaf Great Whirlwind and the Leaf Violent Whirlwind. Finally he read about The Knee Strike and the Painful Sky Leg. He then re-read all of the techniques to fully master them.
Ryutaro continued to read from the scroll. He read about both the Clone Spinning Heel Drop and the Clone Body Blow. He then read about the Leaf Herculean Whirlwind and the Lion Combo. Finally, Ryutaro learned and mastered the Rising Impact Palm and the Leaf Thunder Fist. He needed all of this s**t in order to get the style learned.
Ryutaro next learned Oukashou. He then learned Tsuuten Kyaku. He also spend time to learn Kujiku Hajiku. He finally learned Sodate Rakka. He learned a lot because he was told that he had to. (Konohagakure No Taijutsu Mastered)
Ryutaro dropped that scroll and moved onto the next one. From this Scroll he learned both the Seiryu Kasho and the Bokuho. He then learned Pi and Basic Endurance Training. Finally Ryutaro learned Fukanro. Ryutaro learned all of this nonsense.
Ryutaro continued reading. He learned Teishitsu-Jouhai-Sho and Qua. He also learned Extreme Climate Resistance Training and Kasui-Sho. Finally he learned Advanced Endurance Training. Ryutaro kept reading.
Ryutaro moved once again into reading. He learned Tenshin-Bansa and Koran. He also read Pi Qua and Uryu-Banda. He read the techniques Hebi Taba and Pi Qua Quan. He got all of this finished. (Pi Qua Quan Mastered)
Ryutaro dropped this scroll and moved to the next. In the Iwagakure style he read about Axe Kick and Pick Axe Elbow. He also learned Rising Knee and the Cave in Palm. Finally he learned the Crushing Hug and the Bear Fist. Ryutaro learned all of this with the force.
Ryutaro read more stuff. He read the Collapsing Valley and the Mud Beachball. He also read the Mountain Rising and the Double Rock Swing. Finally he read Earthquake Fist and Rising Impact. He did all of this because he was the man.
Ryutaro just learned stuff man. He learned Savage Throw and the Flying Boulder. He also learned Steady Mountain Palm and Meteor Drop. Finally, he learned Second Avalanche Stone Muscle. He learned all of this stuff. (Iwagakure no Taijutsu Mastered)
Ryutaro dropped that scroll and moved to the next. He learned both Sidestep and Ghost Strike. He also learned Radical Split and Fake Strike. Finally, Ryutaro learned multistrike. He learned it all and moved on.
Ryutaro kept learning because he needed to. He read the Delayed Strike and the Multiple Arms. He also learned the Rising Barrage and the Cicada Shell. Finally, he learned the False Cyclone. Anything to give him an edge over the competition.
Ryutaro learned the final message about this style. He first learned Stampede. Then he learned Mirror Image. Finally he learned Spider's Fury. With all of this done, he would move onto the next taijutsu. (After Images Mastered)
Ryutaro just kept trucking. He learned both Single Action and the Double Action. He then learned the Curving Projectile and the Breaching Charge. Finally he learned Full Metal Jacket and the Double Tap. He did what he needed to.
Ryutaro needed to read. He learned both Mixing Rounds and Shooter Stance. He followed this up by reading Richochet and Taking Cover. Finally he learned Mortar Shell and Dodging Projectiles. There was plenty more to read and no time to waste!
Ryutaro kept reading. He learned Loading and Shotgun Fist. He also learned Upgraded Caliber and Mercenary Round. Finally he learned Burst Fire and Protective Vest. He learned all of this jazz.
Ryutaro continued to read. He read about Magnum. He then read about Suppressing Fire. Ryutaro also read One Shot, One Kill. Finally, he read Designated Marksman. He finished this style and threw onto the next one. (Western Burning Fist, Mastered)
Ryutaro read the next scroll. He read about both Impact Resistance and Rejection Strike. He also read about Recoil and Spinning Blow. Finally he learned about Focal Point and Marking. He did all of this well.
Ryutaro just had to keep reading. He read both Drift and Fissure. He furthered this by learning Repeated Heavy Blows and Heavy Blows of the Brawl. Finally he learned Heavy Blows of the Aura and Free-For-All. He was learning all of this for an eventual point.
Ryutaro kept learning. First he learned Will to Fight. Then he learned Complete Denial. Finally he read about Belligerence. Ryutaro mastered this stage and continued working toward improvement. (Nigirikobushi no Shintou)
Ryutaro moved onto the next style. First he read about Whirlwind Training, and then he learned about Somersault. He then learned Power Slide and Switchblade. Finally he learned Kickflip, Roundabout, and Perfecting Balance. He learned all of this out of necessity.
Ryutaro continued to learn. He first learned Scissoring handspring and Wall Kick. He then learned Swinging Fury and Lesser Combo. She finally learned Standing, Flying, and Falling Hurricane. All of this was easy for him to read.
Ryutaro kept reading. He read both Advance Flying Hurricane and Moderate Combo. He then learned Wheelbarow Kick and Advance Combo. Finally he learned the Whirlwind Buffer. All of this was done easily. He finished this and moved onto the next scroll. (Whirlwind Style Mastered)
Ryutaro had to keep going. He first read Acclimation and then he learned Endurance Contest. Ryutaro then learned Tackling and Wall. Finally he learned Crushing Underfoot and Beetle Grabbing Hold. All of this was done easily.
Ryutaro kept learning techniques. He read about Shifting Position and Hammer. He then read about Landing Force and Heel. Finally he learned about Spiked Helmet and Filling Gaps. This was something he needed to do.
Ryutaro read the final stages of what he needed. First he learned Barrier Wall. Then he learned Knight's Blade. Finally he learned Turbulence. Now that he mastered these styles, it was time to learn medical.
Ryutaro next learned to read medical jutsu. He learned thread, Message, and healing hands minor. He also learned Healing Hands, Pain Suppression, and Bleeding Suppression. Finally he learned both Healing Hands Major and Bone Healer. He had more to learn, so no time to waste!
Ryutaro next learned the next batch of medical. He first learned Ninja Medicine Creation, Cell Regeneration, and Psychic Surgery. Ryutaro ended on earth ninjutsu. First he learned Light Weight Rock technique. Then he learned Ultra Light Weight Rock technique. Then he learned Ultra Added Weight Rock Technique. Finally he learned The Covering Lid. With everything read, Ryutaro left.

__ Kagami walked into the Kogarashi Institute and allowed the Kogarashi agents she took on the field trip with her to disperse. She turned her head to Belamos now that their travels were completed. "It's a shame that your wife couldn't go to our meeting. She's welcome here any time, I'd love to meet her and talk with her." Kagami heard the stories of Tsuki and knew that she was indeed very powerful. It was in Kagami's best interest to invite her into the fold as well. She was also confused as to why Belamos did not bring her to their meeting at the Falls. Maybe he suspected that she was trying to murder him, but why leave her behind? She could have served as his backup if Kagami were trying to kill him. Kagami and Belamos would talk while walking the Institute's grounds.

As they strolled through the outer courtyards of the institute Belamos studied the structure and the people that inhabited it. None of the shinobi milling about looked particularly strong nor did, upon closer examination, any of the guards that Kagami had brought with her to the meeting. Sure they had the quantity but the overall quality was far from satisfactory. When the woman concluded Belamos replied, locking eyes with her "Tsuki doesn't fight much anymore- not unless she has to. I did not trust the situation and, if it had been a trap, would have preferred to fight when there was nothing around for a few miles that I cared about" Whether Kagami was aware of it or not the implication was there: She did not threaten him enough to warrant backup. Sure, she had taken out Takumi, but the former leader had always been much weaker than he was in battle.
Once they neared the doors to the main hall Belamos stopped as guards on either side pulled them open. He nodded his recognition to them and proceeded inwards "The place has...expanded...but I must say the skill level of its inhabitants doesn't seem to match the grandeur of the building. Do I have any promising talent?" He could always supplement the ranks of the shinobi with those loyal to himself. Vivian and Hajime were fiercely loyal to himself and more than capable shinobi.
