[Thanks. Just soooooo much work. I got a job and a place just packing sucks.... >.< ]

Ayleen thought maybe Sigma might want to do more since it worked out so well being partnered up. Still even if he was different than human she wouldn't have reported him since he helped her so much and was willing to be at her side. Nodded with a smile, "Of course. I appreciate any help that I could get." she spoke softly. She looked up at the ceiling of the dungeon as she prayed that she would be able to get the sword and complete her personal quest to place it by Loren's grave site. Smelling the food as her face lighten up seeing the omelet and a biscuit as she wished she could have her families biscuits and gravy as she ate it. "Looks delicious." she spoke with a smile.

Sigma smiled glad that Ayleen seemed to be enjoying adventuring with him. "Well if you ever want some help or even just company on a quest, feel free to message me." Sigma smiled as he took a seat and started eating his food. "So, we made really good progress yesterday, I think we might be able to complete the dungeon tonight or tomorrow morning if we keep this up!" Sigma chimed. He was glad that he could help Ayleen find comfort, though there was still the issue of the truth behind Loren. Maybe he would try and find Loren himself and try to sort it out, if he really was doing the things that were in his logs, maybe it would be best for Ayleen to continue to believe he was dead.

Ayleen nodded with a smile, "Of course. Same to you if you ever need me you can message me or anything." she spoke with a smile. Hearing they made a lot of progress on it knowing that they were so close to getting the sword where she could finish her mission. "I'm hoping tonight. If we could do tonight would help our supplies better." she spoke with a smile. She didn't know why but being around Sigma since they entered she felt like she could open up and yet everything would be fine. Being in here she knew she could get the sword for Loren and finally move on. Once she finished up as she stood up ready to head. Once Sigma was ready to move one she had started to make their way to the sword.

Through the twists and turns of the dungeons not to mention all enemies had made it hard before they arrived in the final room. Next door revealed the sword embedded in the ground as Ayleen walked in knowing that now came the part if she would get the sword. She took a deep breath as she closed her eyes before heading to the sword. Once in front her hands wrapped around the hilt to pull it out as she begged in her mind that she would get it.

Sigma smiled as Ayleen mentioned that he could message her whenever to "Well, I'll probably take you up on that offer sometime." he smiled happily. Granted, he often told players to message him if they needed him, it was his job after all, but with Ayleen something just felt a bit.... different. As the two finished their meals and cleaned up, Sigma ran through his mental notes once again before the two set out to complete the dungeon.

~~~~~~
It had taken the day to finally get to the end of the dungeon, one of the short cuts Sigma had found the night before having cut down the time a little bit. As the two approached the final room, Sigma felt a small tinge of sorrow that his time with Ayleen would be coming to an end soon. With the dungeon complete, all he had left to help her would be to get her closure on Loren. "Well, go get it." Sigma smiled at Ayleen, giving her a light pat on the shoulder before she walked over to the sword. "Make sure you really focus on the sword." Sigma called not wanting Ayleen to turn while he had his terminal up. He had made his decision, if the sword didn't choose Ayleen, he was going to force it to. She needed this for closure, she needed this to know that she is strong. With Ayleen's back to him, Sigma swiftly moved his right hand in front of him, pulling up his terminal. The green lines of code zipped around the screen, then he found it. The swords decision. Ayleen was not chosen to wield it. His normally red eyes changed to a neon blue color (like the flames in the pic) as he started the edits. It didn't take long before he pushed the changes and closed the terminal, leaning back on a nearby wall and closing his eyes as he felt himself glitch out for a moment and his eyes returned to their usual red color. There you go, Ayleen. I hope this brings you comfort. he thought to himself with a small smile.
Ayleen hoped maybe later she could meet up with Sigma since he had been kind to her and helped her to get this completed. However her attention was far more focused on the sword as it was becoming harder to pull out. Her grip tightened as much as she could as she grunted trying to pull it out as she refused to believe she wasn't able to. Soon it had become easier when Sigma had worked on it as she pulled it out. Once it was out as she fell on her back groaning when she pulled it completely out. "Ouch.... Geez... That didn't want to come out easy did it..." she mumbled as she sat up. However it had occurred to her that she had the sword that Loren always dreamed of getting. Her eyes started to water as she smiled happily holding it in her hands. 'I did it! Finally you have what you always have wanted' she thought happily.
"I got it!" she spoke happily when she turned her head over her shoulder. It was easy to see the tears of happiness falling from her face as she looked over at Sigma. She was just so happy that she didn't want to move. Finally she could be able to move on knowing he had everything. However little did she know that Loren was outside ready to ambush the next player to come out and take the sword from them if they had it.
Sigma let out a small laugh as he opened his eyes to find Ayleen had fallen onto the floor as the sword escaped the stone that held it. Going over to Ayleen, he could see the tears of joy running down her face. "Congrats!" he smiled before kneeling down and gently wiping her tears away. Getting back up to his feet, he held a hand out to her in order to help her back up. "We should get going to Torrine, it's starting to get pretty late. Then if you'd like, I would like to escort you back to Coral tomorrow." Sigma smiled warmly. He knew that most players with homes liked to spend time there, a place that was theirs, a nice warm bed, a place that was, well, their home.
Ayleen looked up at Sigma seeing him wiping her tears away as she was so happy to have the sword in her hands. She took his hand to get back up to her feet instead of sitting on the floor. She nodded with a smile, "Yes. I would like to get out of this dungeon." she spoke with a smile. Soon she wrapped her arms around him in a hug to show how grateful she has to him for helping her. "Thank you for everything. I would love if you would escort me back to Coral." she spoke as she pulled away with a smile. She was eager to get back to her bed she had made home and even getting out of her armor to her clothes she normally liked to wear.
A small feeling of shock came over Sigma as Ayleen hugged him, he gently hugged her back, hoping to help calm her down a bit. Sigma smiled as Ayleen said that she would love it if he escorted her back to her home in Coral after she took a step back. "Great. Let's get going to Torrine then." he spoke and headed for the exit.
Stepping out of the exit, Sigma grit his teeth slightly as he was able to spot a group of people hiding in the woods. Must be PKers looking to loot the dungeoners, this is bad Sigma thought to himself, hand already gripping the hilt of his blade. If the fight lasted to long, things could get bad, after messing with the sword, it would be risky to mess with the code to much for a bit, plus he couldn't kill players.
[Sorry my long response I got carried away.]
Ayleen nodded as she put the sword in her inventory to keep it safe. She was feeling even better now that she had the sword knowing she could move on. Even now she was thanking Sigma since he had a hand in the process to where she wasn't constantly thinking of Loren ready to head back to Torrine. Once they were headed for the exit she could see the light once again.
She could feel something very wrong as she rested her hand on the hilt to ready herself for an attack. "Well well well... I sense someone has a rare sword on them." a male voice spoke when Ayleen drew her sword. The voice sounded familiar as Ayleen was trying to figure it out who it was. When the person jumped they were in a black hooded cloak resembling from the Black Coffin Guild as they came crashing down with his sword drawn to kill her. Ayleen immediately brought her sword in time to block his own as she growled. However when she caught a glimpse at his face her face looked as she saw a ghost as she pushed him away.
"No. This isn't possible..." she whispered. However, in her panic Loren had once again lunged at her to attack her like nothing ever mattered in the past.
"Now hand over the sword." he spoke to her when their blades clashed in the struggle.
"I held you when you died! How are you alive and with them?" she demanded as she circled his blade before disarming him. She aimed her blade at him while the others had rushed towards Sigma leaving Ayleen to face Loren as his hood fell to the ground with Ayleen pointing her sword at his neck with her face looking hurt as tears were welding up in her eyes.
"You held a hollow gram. One of the best I paid for with all the credits I could afford. They opened my eyes to where all the planning and meetings were for nothing and we wouldn't escape from here Ayleen. Which is why in my final act I am going to kill you to free you." he spoke with a coldness as his golden eyes looked into her own.
"All this time you could have told me you were alive! You made me think you were dead and mourning over you when you were alive this entire time. I love you so much to get this sword to move on. Loren how could you do this? Didn't you love me?" she yelled before she grew quieter at her next question. Ayleen brought her sword closer to his heart ready to pierce him knowing if she let him go he would kill other players. Her heart ached with so much pain as this was much harder than when she thought he was dead. Maybe back then she could have stopped him from going to the guild if she knew as she looked at his raven hair remembered the many nights they had alone when it was the two of them.
His lips smirked up knowing he had to feed into her otherwise he would die at her hands. "Of course I did Ayleen." he whispered seductively pushing the sword out of the way. He could see how broken Ayleen was and he would need to put her out of her misery before he stood up towering over her. His hand went over her own that held the sword. "Especially when you were all mine all those nights." he whispered in her ear before she dropped her sword against the ground. He kissed her lips passionately before stabbing her in the back.
Ayleen for a moment was brought back to the old Loren how much he could make her heart race. Once she felt the dagger in her back knowing took a number on her health as she fell to ground. "Loren..." she spoke quietly as she reached for her sword but he had gotten to it before she could. 'I can't die here... Not by him...' she thought to herself.
As the PKers came out of the shadows, Sigma drew his sword as several members lunged for him, weapons drawn. Out of the corner of his eye, he spotted Ayleen clashing with another member, Loren. Of course he's part of this group. He couldn't have been from another PKer group. I'm sorry Alyeen. Sigma thought to himself as he brought his focus onto the player that he had just blocked. He had been planning on finding Loren on his own, figuring out why the man had left Ayleen, and then from there decide if the two should be reunited or not, but looks like fate had other plans.
"Ayleen! Don't give into him!" Sigma called out, a couple of his attackers letting out small chuckles. "You should worry about yourself. Loren wanted all the fun with the girl." one of them laughed and lashed out with his blade, Sigma barely managing to jump back in time and dodge as another attacker went for him. Sigma lunged forwards, his sword finding it's mark as it sliced through the shoulder of one of the attackers making him drop his weapon. As he continued to fight, Sigma did his best to keep an eye on Ayleen, running into Loren was not going to help her mental state.
Panting, Sigma found that two attackers still stood, the others having scurried off. Looking over to Ayleen, a feeling of dread fell over him as he saw Ayleen on the ground, deeply wounded from a knife in the back, Loren standing over her with her sword in his hand. "Ayleen!" Sigma cried out, ignoring the pain in his left arm as one of the attackers struck. A moment later blue flames had engulfed his sword, his eyes changing to the same blue color of the flames. "Leave her alone!" he yelled, the flames bursting, knocking away the two attacks and heading straight for Loren, Sigma quickly following up behind the fire in case Loren tried anything. He didn't even notice his left hand was missing.
[Oh yes all the heart wrenching of betrayal. I've been wanting to do this for a long time. XD]
Ayleen knew she had to be careful with her health at half she couldn't take another hit from Loren. Her eyes looked up to the man she once loved was filled with nothing but an urge to kill. The Loren she knew was long gone, now it was about survival as it killed her that it was her or him. Hearing Sigma's warning as she learned her lesson with the knife in her back from him knowing he just wanted to kill her. "Don't worry Princess this is all for your good." he spoke with her sword pointed at her. Her eyes narrowed at him as her hand grabbed the dirt to throw it in his face as she raced after his sword she had disarmed.
"You don't get to call me that." she whispered to him. Running after the sword before she heard Sigma cry out her name as she got the sword in her hands leaving the knife in her back to take care of her wound later.
"b***h!" he yelled before Ayleen's party member went to attack him with his flames. He couldn't race after Ayleen to kill the last thing that could make him even human. Loren changed his tactics to work on the male in the party seeing how he had to be weaker than Ayleen but how could someone create flames.
Ayleen soon realized her health was slowly lowering as she cursed that it had poison. She had to finish it quickly if she wanted to be alive for her family if she ever made it out of the game. She hurried after the pair before she stabbed Loren through in the heart with her sword. "I'm sorry..." she whispered before seeing Loren turning his head to look shocked. She had a feeling that it was because he thought she would never do it. She pulled out the sword from his body before he fell lifelessly to ground as she tossed his sword from her. Soon he was disappearing from dying in the game and in life as well.
Her heart was in pain as tears were still welding in her eyes from the fact she had killed the only person she loved with all of her heart. "Find peace in the afterlife.." she whispered. Soon Ayleen went to her back to hold her hand on hilt of the dagger. She screamed when she pulled it out to toss it away from her. "Have to stop the poison..." she whispered as she tried to get an antidote from her menu. With the effects accelerating from the battle she had passed out before she could drink the potion or antidote to get the poison in her system. Her health was dangerously low as she never expected to die like this at the hands of Loren.
As he held off Loren, Ayleen dashed off to get the sword. I'm sorry Ayleen, I can't kill him. he thought to himself doing what he could to try and get the man to back off. It didn't take long for Ayleen to return and she ran the blade through Loren, killing him. The flames died down as Sigma realized his mistake, he had broken the code again, at least Ayleen was alive. His gaze went over to Ayleen as she pulled the dagger out of her back and opened the menu before falling unconscious. Quickly catching her, at this point realizing that his hand had been cut off, Sigma rested her down, head in his lap as he pulled an antidote and health potions out of his inventory quickly making her take them as well as pulling up his terminal and setting it to her information. They got this far, he wasn't going to lose her now, even if it meant him getting caught by messing with her health.
Entering the inn room carrying Ayleen on his back, Sigma went over to one of the beds and gently rested her down onto it. Pulling up his terminal again to check that she was still stabilized and letting out a small sigh of relief as he looked at her. It's okay. He can't hurt you anymore. We'll get you home tomorrow. Sigma thought to himself as he brushed a bit of hair out of Ayleen's face before going over to the over bed and sitting down. Looking at the stub where his left hand use to be, Sigma let out a small chuckle, he had forgotten about it as he carried Ayleen back here. Opening up his terminal, Sigma's eyes went blue as he fiddled with the code on the screen. As his hand slowly started to reshape, he closed his terminal and cast a glance at Ayleen his eyes slowly returning to normal "Sleep tight." he spoke quietly mostly to himself so as not to disturb her before he went to sleep in his bed.
Ayleen was filled with nothing but pain and sadness that the man she had opened herself up to love was a killer. During the time she was passed out was nothingness, normally there would be dreams or something to pass by the time. It had to be due to her health falling from the poison still working through her body that she had been unable to clear with the antidote. Soon once her health was back up the dreams came meaning she was alive for the moment. In her dreams had been the life she had wanted with Loren before as the man was replaced with a shadow figure. She had a normal life with a husband and a little girl running through the fields. While Ayleen had been with the figure speaking about how lucky she was. Once she had kissed the figure she had awoken finding herself in a room rather than outside, she had thought she would be dead from the poison.
Remembering the events as she knew that if she hadn't gotten the antidote she would have died. How was it that she was alive? She sat up looking around to see Sigma asleep on the bed knowing he had to help in some way. Maybe he got them back in time for her health to regenerate in time. Looking at the inventory seeing the legendary sword she had worked so hard to mourn over Loren. He was dead now because of her... She would have died at his hands if she didn't stab him through. Still it didn't sit well with her as she waved her hand to make it go away. She couldn't be able to use the sword with the memory tied to it of Loren, and even her home now would be a constant reminder of what happened in the past. She would have to clean it up and sell it as she could never truly sleep there in peace.
In the room being alone with her thoughts had made it harder as all she could see was the look on his face when she killed him. She went outside to get some air as she covered her mouth as the tears rolled down her cheeks. "I killed him..." she gasped out in the middle of her crying. Was every person she would open herself to a killer? "Why?" she begged aloud losing herself trying to understand what she did wrong for him to join that guild to change his mind. Was there something she could have done to stop it?
As morning came around, Sigma woke up and sat up, rubbing one of his eyes as he looked over to where he had left Ayleen to rest. Not seeing her there, a wave of fear washed over him and he quickly looked around, spotting her out on the little porch. Getting up from the bed he walked over and gave a light knock on the door frame to let her know he was here. "You okay? You got hit pretty badly last night." Sigma spoke in a soft kind voice. He could tell that she was shaken up from the ordeal, and he couldn't really blame her. "We don't have to talk about it if you don't want to. I just want you to know that I'm here for you if you need me." he spoke and rested a gentle hand onto Ayleen's shoulder. "Any guy would be lucky to have you. Are you hungry?" he added hoping to comfort her a bit and try to get her mind off of everything that happened. I should have killed him.... sure I would have probably ended up in Reposhire, but at least Ayleen might not be so upset. Sigma thought to himself.
Ayleen just wanted everything of Loren to be gone so she wouldn't be seeing his face everywhere she looked. She looked up when he knocked on the door frame before she looked away. She was a mess, a snotty mess from the tears she had from crying so much. She shook her head quietly as she didn't know if she would make it through this ordeal. Was the destined to love killers? "Distract me... Just anything but Loren." she spoke in a whispered from her voice cracking about to cry again. She knew if she talked about it would make it even worse and become a sobbing mess again. She shook her head to answer his question about eating as she lost her appetite to eat anything. Maybe it would be better if she died and wouldn't have to deal with all these feelings. When Sigma voice rang out it was like it was pulling her from her worries and terrors she was feeling.
