It took Lorrie a little time to find the train station, and honestly, it was kinda cool. "Wonder how long this has been around these parts..." she commented to herself. She hadn't been in an area so big to need a train station, though the miners always joked about installing some escalators to make getting around a lot easier. Lorrie boarded the train, only needing to show her work ID. The school had a lot of benefits for the people involved with it; honestly, it was pretty neat.
Lorrie took a seat and her Polywrath took the seat beside her and together, they made their way into town with hopes of finding a bar she could spend some weekends at to kill the time. She enjoyed working at Ordell thus far, but if she didn't get to spend some times with adults outside of work, she was going to go insane. Nothing against the kiddies, but they were just that: kids.
Whistling along to the music blasting from his headphones Aislin stared outside as the train took off. He had finally managed to get away from the school after closing down the library and intended to make good use of his free time. Being cooped up in the building had started to wear on him, and the young adult tapped his feet and bounced on the balls of his feet a bit as the train announced it's time of arrival.
Equis sat on his lap, soaking up the attention his trainer was giving him. Aislin was well into the habit of keeping him out of his pokeball at all times, no arguments booked. Especially at night. The mewostic wore a vest, which identified it as a service pokemon. Aislin didn't always bother with it but he wasn't sure how the rules worked in the district yet and the last thing he wanted was for someone to give him trouble over Equis. Equis loved his vest anyways. He hadn't stopped primping and gushing since they got on the train.
The Spanish person -Chavas, that was her name- he had met upon arrival had offered him to show him the peforming bar they worked at. Aislin still wasn't sure just where he stood with his..aquantance. ( what did you call a person you casually went out with and shared with the breeding teacher at your school? ) He wasn't sure where he stood with Harvey for that matter.
I guess I never did rule out polyamory in my journey to self-discovery. The man mused as the train stilled to a stop. But all the same...I'm not sure it's...well, ruled in. And I'm not sure either of them are the same as me.
He did however know he and Chavas were at least friends. And he had moved here for the nightlife after all. Maybe he could stay over and see the district in the morning. Hit the marketplace ( he needed to buy rosemary and apio for a recipe, might as well see what else was offered)
Humming along to these pleasant thoughts, he stepped off into the district.
tabtabtabtabBut x look x atx all x the x starstab! tabtabtab--- x --- x --- x --- x ---xx we've come so far; even if we don't tabtabtabtabtabtabtabtabknow where we are, it's gotta be somewhere great!
If Nirav had the option to stay in his dreams rather than go outside today, he would have gone back to bed and resumed his dream of working at home with his parents, grandpa, aunt, and brothers. A warm sun, the lapping of waves in the distance, and the sights and smells of the winter market just down the road. He never thought he would miss the overwhelming sound of the fish market this much, but he absolutely did. He missed his family, and he still couldn't go home to see them.
What was worse was his time packing for the trip. The boy looked over his entire room searching for the jacket Silvano loaned to him. It would have been thick enough to keep him warm, but he couldn't find it. The dark jacket had fallen from its place on the hanger a few days ago and laid in a shadowy corner of Nirav's closet, camouflaged as the boy was packing last night. This morning, he had no such luck noticing it. Nirav worried. He had no clue how expensive that jacket was, but considering the fabric, he knew it was a lot more than he had. There was no way he could replace it. If he didn't find it before the break, what was Silvano going to say? On more immediate concerns was his clothing. Without the jacket, the boy was left with the clothing he brought: the thickest pants he owned (which were still rather thin for the weather and what he would have worn regardless) and a very thin jacket meant more for sun protection than being kept warm.
He tried to think of where the jacket might be and came up with two options: the club room and his gym locker. Sadly, he couldn't get into either of those on his way to the station. The school wanted him to be at the station, so many other areas were locked, leaving him without the jacket entirely.
So there the boy was: sitting on a bench in the station with the latest book he was working on and a bag over his lap. He had a book in Japanese to help continue his language learning before he went home to his grandpa. Sadly, it was cloudy today, so there was no sun to keep him warm, and every slight breeze sent a chill down his spine. The hairs on his arms stood up on end and goosebumps stood up everywhere. This was going to be an awful trip and he just knew it.

Ava had gotten ready for the trip last night and was excited to see this new district. As asked, she packed to be warm with a thicker jacket and a winter hat to help keep her warm. She felt cozy and bundled up. For the trip, she got her stuff together and pulled Gala out of her ball. The spinarak clicked in confusion as to what was going on. "We're going into the city today, Gala," she said as she made her way to the station. It was weird looking at Fritz and Gala after interacting with the larger Druddigon. She never realized just how tiny her pokemon were until she met a pokemon much bigger than even herself. It was crazy how cool the pokemon was, and it wasn't even a bug pokemon! Ava was reconsidering a lot of things. Maybe it'd be cool to catch a pokemon that wasn't a bug type. After all, she had one pokeball left. But what to catch?
As Ava contemplated the question, she made her way to the station. Going into the city always excited her and the fact that they'd be doing this instead of going to class was even cooler. She couldn't wait to see all her friends and hang out like they did in Lamia!
Maybe this time, there wouldn't be as much drama, but knowing Marcus and the people he hung out with, Ava wasn't too sure... Gala, on the other hand, was looking forward to whatever drama would crop up. Maybe she could scare some kiddos while she was here too.
Hana had been excited to go on the trip after arriving at the academy just within the last couple of weeks. It was hard getting used to a more land based area, as she had come from an island in Hoenn where the majority of the town rested on wooden structures rather than solid earth, but she would manage. One thing she had yet to get used to were the cold temperatures down here. Her mother had gotten her several winter jackets and fully equipped her with every sort of warm thing imaginable. It was a hassle to carry it all around so the most she would ever wear was the coat, scarf and hat. That was what she was wearing when she arrived at the train station. The Cleffa in her arms, Mahina, wore her own set as the baby pokemon wore a pink hat on its head while nuzzling itself into her trainer's warm and fluffy coat.
"Cleff!" It exclaimed as Hana slowly walked forward and up the stairs to the main area of the train station. She would wear a bright and eager smile despite the cold weather and look around herself as best she could manage. Slivers of light happened to be in her vision. The bright lights overhead came off as a few grainy shapes before noticed another odd shape out of the corner of her eyes. A yellow speck was scurrying around as it grew and shrank in size while Hana began to move towards it. Mahina saw the yellow pokemon and knew exactly what her master was being drawn towards. She guided Hana around, speaking to shout out obstacles and things that would get in her way of her path towards the odd looking pokemon and their trainer. "Clef Cleffa! Clef! Cleffa!" The content looking Cleffa called out until Hana was standing close to the yellow pokemon and her trainer. "Hello! Sorry to interrupt, but I wanted to ask what kind of pokemon you have." The girl said as she eyed Gala with a curious set of eyes.

Iris rubbed her hands together as her gloves started to warm up her hands. Her breath was visible as she blew warm air on them. At least it was only her hands that were feeling chilly as the rest of her was feeling warm from the coat she was wearing. She couldn't wait to see the face of Silvano when he saw her wearing his coat still. Sure it still has the faintest smell of the cola but otherwise, it was a cozy and large on her.
Iris walked to the station as she carried her bag. She managed to pack for what she needed and extra stuff because she never knew. She saw that she wasn't the only ones there. So much for being first. Iris waved to Ava and Nirav since she knew them. However, there was someone else that was new for Iris to see. She waved still as she looked at the girl and her cleffa.
Otherwise, she didn't bring too much attention herself, she was just trying to make sure she stayed more and on time as she waited to see who else would appear before the train came.

Koru had spent most of the morning getting ready for this trip. She was so pepped from playing with the Goomy she couldn't sleep and stayed up talking with Makoto and texting Kirsi about it til she finally fell asleep. She had thrown her overnight bag on the bed to get it packed quickly. Her pokemon, Cyndaquil and Fletchling, were sitting and watching as she scurried around the room getting what she could packed, bouncing in place various times from the push on the mattress. She ran out of her room after zipping up her bag, stuff Cyndaquil in her jacket and scarf and getting Fletchling in his pokeball.
---At the Station---
Koru almost tripped a few times running to the station, and not to point out but also rolling down the stairs- Cyndaquil feared for his safety the whole way. She stopped and slumped at one of the benches,"Phew totally made it!" She looked down and petted Cyndaquil. He seemed content and the fact he was warming her up made her relax too. She looked around and saw a few people already there, but she was really looking for Kirsi and Makoto...and maybe a few others...Yesterday was really fun, but there was still stuff on her mind from before she met the Goomy. Just what was Ray yelling at Kirsi for? She hasn't poked into it too much but she knew Kirsi was mad at him, but maybe...maybe something much worse was going on? She also felt compelled to find out how Ray got injured. It tore her up inside to see him like that and the fact she couldn't do anything made it worse. She leaned back on the bench and sighed. Hopefully her friends would show up soon...
Marco sighed as he made his way to the academy's train station. He breath was visible due to the cold temperature today, something that was expected considering they were in December. This was still very confusing for Marco since, in his home land (not Celestic Town) it was not cold in December instead it was warm like summer. Every region really was different, even the seasons weren't the same all over the world and that made him curious about other regions. However, this curiosity was quickly replaced by his feelings of shame from the events that took place yesterday. His intervention yesterday had caused harm to his roommate. Trying to draw everyone's attention had worked especially when his Pokemon got involved, but in the end he did more harm than good. This seemed to be a growing trend with him where he would try and help someone, but instead just make things way worse with the result being that everyone got upset and he ended looking like a fool. Last time was in the Lamia Museum where it ended with Skylar and Alana being super angry at him followed by some fractured museum pieces. His latest failure was yesterday and he was still taking it pretty hard because he had caused Ray pain and his roommate was already in a lot of pain! He didn't know what to say nor did he have the courage to apologize; he was being a total coward and he hated himself for it. This gloomy attitude had been something that prevented him from fully enjoying the dragon Pokemon from the Day-Care. He did manage to befriend (kind of) one of the Gibles that had been biting his head once Iris helped him. Thanks to her he didn't have tooth marks all over his body from the Gibles biting him. He never thanked Iris since he was completely zoned out and that was another thing to add to his list of failures. Marco sighed again.
Charmander and Murkrow exchanged worried looks. They understood that their human friend was very upset and they could even feel his gloomy attitude as if waves of bad energy was just oozing out of him. They tried their best to cheer him up, but he would just pet them and continue looking sad. A part of Marco also felt ashamed for involving his Pokemon into his craziness. He didn't want his Pokemon to hate him and since they always got him out of sticky situations he was afraid they would get annoy with him; he didn't feel like the most reliable guy. The Pokemon had no choice, but to just stay by his side and wait for Marco to come into terms with his feelings. They tried their best, but maybe there was just some things that only humans could solve.
The trio reached the train station, but Marco didn't pay any mind to the students that were present. He just walked to the nearest bench and took a sit. The teachers would eventually arrive and they would enter the train similar to the time they all went to the Lamia District for the festival. His Pokemon sat next to him and together they waited. Marco stared at his feet and his minds returned to Ray and wondering if his roommate was okay. He gripped the ointment that was inside his pocket.
X⇒ LOCATION : Train Station XXXXXXXXXX⇒ WITH : Iris Pulling his messenger bag tighter over his right shoulder, Silvano kept up his brisk pace heading towards the Campus Station. In the distance he could see a small handful of students already congregating there. These early birds were probably more excited about this trip than he was, Silvano noted, despite being early as well. The message they had received over the PokeGEAR had said to pack for a couple days and that they'd better dress warm for the occasion. 'Just perfect...' Silvano grudgingly thought to himself tugging at the white scarf around his neck. This meant they were probably going to spend a great deal of this trip outside and in the cold. This Salamance couldn't help but dread the thought of that. Why couldn't it involve some kind of convention indoors?
With slight hesitation in his step, Silvano neared the station and began to look around for anyone familiar. There were a few people he recognized, like Ava and Nirav, but he didn't much want to go bother either of them, even though he was tempted to go speak to Nirav for two reasons. Firstly, it had been awhile and secondly, the boy didn't appear to wearing anything warm, save for a think jacket thrown over his regular clothes -- which he'd surly freeze in. Just what happened to the thick leather jacket he was loaned? Silvano had to fight the urge to go march up to Nirav and demand an explanation as to why gucci leather was good enough for him. If the boy had managed to lose such an expensive article, you can bet there'd be hell to pay. However, Silvano had refrained. This was mainly because he had spotted the person he was hoping to see. Quelling his vexation, Silvano turned away from the sight of Nirav before promptly heading over to Iris who was standing by herself.
A thin smile crept across Silvano's features when he realized Iris was wearing his old jacket he had thrown away like garbage. He didn't quite understand why she had decided to keep it -- seeing as it was clearly ruined by Cherry soda being dumped on it -- but it was admittedly a really nice gesture regardless. Even despite the fact that it was a little big on her, Iris looked great in it and in Silvano's mind she even looked cute, especially the way the cuffs extended over her gloves. Inexplicably, the sight of his friend's simple gesture made him forget all about his dread for the trip as he suddenly felt elated. Though he'd try to mask his glee, feeling ever fearful of what she'd think of him for showing it.
"Good morning, Iris." Silvano greeted his friend before stopping beside her, his voice somewhat chipper. Inwardly, he was struggling to hide the small smile on his face, but soon enough gave in, letting it grow a little. This was the first time in a while that he actually felt this upbeat. "I can hardly believe you're wearing that jacket." He then spoke up, unable to help himself. "But you know... gucci looks good on you." Silvano then complement with a wry smile. "Even when it smells faintly of cherry." Stifling a bit of a goodnatured laugh, Silvano fell silent for a moment, looking over Iris once more out of modest endearment. He didn't know a whole lot about the values of friendship, but with Iris, he felt like he was learning more about the concept and what it really meant to be a good friend. Iris certainly had an impact on him, much the same way his old childhood friends did.
Upon hearing the sounds of the station, Silvano's attention momentarily shifted over to the tracks were one of the trains was waiting. He wasn't sure if that specific train was the one that would take the students into the town, but he had a pretty good hunch that it was the correct one waiting on them. "I think that might be our train..." Silvano soon spoke up, lifting a hand to point in its direction. "Why don't we go ahead and find ourselves some seats? We can sit together if you like?" The aristocratic Salamance insisted, before offering to carry Iris' bag for her. "I can carry that so you don't have to." He told her, gesturing for her bag before starting in the direction of the train platform. He figured Iris would follow and help find them some seats on board. Inwardly, he had hoped that they'd be seated together on the train so that he could talk with her more, as well as simply enjoy the company she kept.

'Tiring...' A good descriptor for Takahiro's past week Takahiro had been through. With the last week before vacation time for the students winding down, it just meant more paper work for him. Finalization of certain projects, final grades needing to be submitted, not to mention his other new, side job that the academy had offered him... The freaking joys of teaching... Thoraschrein, who had been replacing him the past few times, along with Tony had helped him quite a bit with the actual teaching portion of his job, though he secretly wished that either of them could've also done this portion as well. How he hated paperwork... The green haired man did feel a tinge of guilt as he graded the papers, mostly due to being unable to associate faces to the names written on the papers.
Getting back to today's matter at hand... The school had to tie a pretty little bow as a send off to the kids by giving them an impromptu tour to a new district. 'Yay, more work for me!' The sarcasm came on strong in the mornings and he wished it didn't. It wasn't the best way to start the day. While he did know that this was basically what he had signed up for when applying for this job and he had no one to blame but himself, that didn't stop him from mentally complaining. He did counted himself fortunate that he had no obligation to attend yesterday's event, especially since he heard word that it went a little out of hand at the beginning. He then wondered how he was able to keep his teaching job despite being away from it for so long, but he didn't sit on the thought too long as students started appearing from campus grounds.
Looking around the station's area, he saw a few faces he recognized in the few classes he actually showed up to. With Luchadoris who was wearing a brightly colored scarf, by his side, they simply watched as more and more students gathered around. There was still a bit of time left before their actual train arrived, so he thought it best to keep a watchful eye while waiting.

It had happened again yesterday, that bothersome lightheadedness that had been popping back every now and again lately. Tera had zoned out most of the day yesterday. She had remembered that there was a commotion at some point, but since she ducked outside to save Flare and herself from the increasing noises, she still had no clue what had really happened. When she had went back in after her lightheadedness had subsided, the event was over. Needless to say how bummed out she was that she missed it. But she wasn't going to zone out today! Not if she had anything to say and/or about it!
With her backpack full and her Pokemon ready, they left for the station. Other than the light orange and teal striped scarf she was sporting, none of the other clothes she was wearing were all that warming, though they weren't too thin either. The girl hadn't packed much in terms of winter clothing, mostly due to her disliking being bundled up in clothes. Who knew that this place had multiple weather conditions! She sure didn't! Then again, she didn't know much about any other place other than Verdanturf. When she had arrived, groups of students had already started to form. She saw a few familiar faces, but they seemed to be engaged in some conversations. Like yesterday, she thought she shouldn't interrupt anyone and decided to buy a warm drink from a vending machine nearby. Sipping on some hot chocolate, she waited for the teachers to announce their departure to the new district.

This would have been the second time he had left for Amphitrite city as part of school trip. He hadn't went to the city on his own before, partly because he had no need to go there so far. He remembered their last trip, it didn't feel that long ago to him, still, he knew he would try to enjoy it. Try, as he upheld thought that it won't be entirely fun. The weather, at least, wasn't as cold that he couldn't stay outside. It was akin to staying in air conditioned room put in minimum temperature. He kept his long sleeved jacket over his shirt and it was enough for him as he made his way to the station. His two pokemon accompanied him, though he would need to return them when he arrived so as not to lose them in the crowd.
Cyril looked around the station for people he might know. Walking through the length while examining people he passed through for familiar faces. He saw Koru, that guy who attracted attention yesterday, Ava and his roommate Silvano. He said nothing to them as he didn't wish to talk to them nor do they since they didn't either. Eventually, he found Nirav sitting on a bench with open book over the bag on his lap. The boy hadn't notice him yet, so engrossed he was with his reading. Cyril noticed how thin the clothes the boy was wearing and the shivering further cemented that. "Do you not own warmer clothes?" he asked while pondering how he could help. "How about getting a blanket to cover yourself at least?" he suggested, though Nirav might not carry one and neither does he. "A fire type can also be helpful," he remembered that fire type had internal heat that the act of hugging or be in close proximity to one would be akin to have a heater. "Want to find someone with one? I think I know someone who can help," Koru came to mind as she was a fire specialist. He didn't like talking to her, but she was the only one he knew to have fire type and was in the area right now.

Jung-Su's day had started off on somewhat of a right foot. No heart palpitations, ate a hearty breakfast and it was pretty uneventful in general, just the way he enjoyed his mornings. Today there was supposedly a trip planned to visit another district. He was told to pack warmly and as luck or perhaps well preparedness would have it he did indeed pack the necessary material. A jacket and earmuffs made for an acceptable bundle of warmth.
His Pokemon on the other hand were not as fortunate as he did not pack enough for the three. Both did not seem appreciative of the cold weather and therefore left them inside of their Pokeballs, yet C wished to stay out supposedly to keep the lonely lad company. He thought the interior of the ball to be warmer than the outdoors, but this was merely speculation on his part. Perhaps he could ask his partners when the fieldtrip would reach a warmer area.
Reaching the station, the lad's gaze moved about the area in search of familiar faces. His sight had caught the familiar Nirav and Koru, both members of the sewing club he had joined, among a few others. Nirav was engaging in a conversation with a student he had not known prompting the lad to not approach the president. And while Koru was alone he had not known her enough to casual approach her. No he was far too terrified to do so. From the corner of his eye did he catch hair dyed in pink hues. Tera seemed to be alone and quiet. Quite a strange feat given her usual demeanor. He had pondered if it was okay for him to approach her depite not having talked to her in so long. Tired of faffing about in his decision making, the lad decidedly approached the girl holding her warm beverage. "G-Good morning T-Tera..." The lad reflexively winced after the fact thinking himself strange for wanting to approach her so suddenly. He was unsure if this was of the social norm. Closer observations had lead him to eye her scarf. The hues embedded within the fabric had reminded him very same one she had worn during the Halloween event. Confirmation of the fact came in the form of holes present in the cloth. He had remembered how sad she was when the scarf was partly destroyed. Perhaps he could help with that. The lad had taken a few strides in learning to sew adequately thanks to the club. Before he could question whether this was a good idea, he began to speak once again, "Y-Your scarf... I-I can f-fix it for y-you..." Panic plagued in his features as he realized what he had just said. "I-I mean if-if you're-re o-okay with m-me." Eyes tightly shut and lips bitten he awaited any type of response. Why did he open his mouth!?
