Are two people allowed to use the same image for a character?

I searched for a while and found a image I really liked and was going to use for a lot of my RPing. But now I look and someone else is using the same one ^^;;

I was just wondering if this is ok. I'm not saying they stole it from me, they could have found it on photobucket too. It just kinda made me sad D:

You can be as many characters as you want, just read what I wrote for the first two posts because they are important.

As for images, I do not mind them.

Perry, why not join my Orochi steakhouse RP. It would be really cool if you could take the role of my son Gohan. We have someone to play as my son Komishi. And we have someone to play as my husband Mikado. And if there are any women that need an RP and would like to play my daughter Rioko, that would be wonderful.

Plus, it would be even more awesome if we could have new people that still need approval for their rps to join mine as just casual customers.

Well, it's mostly up to the one running the RP, but I would advise against it regardless. If you use the same image it could be confusing and anyway it's always good to have a sense of originality.
