Lust woke up moments later, looking around she wondered where she was "wh...where are we?" She asked rhetorically, getting her marbles together before remembering the party events and some...woman wanting to play a game? Whatever, she looked around and noticed Hoity, crawling over to him she looked him over "Hoity! Hoity please, are you alright!?" She cried, hoping he would be alright, she didn't know exactly what this place was as she had never learnt about this through her aunt or if she did she wasn't listening but all she was worried about right now was her date, his well being was far more important then anything else right now.

Atlantis took his hair out of the pony tail and let it hang down his back as he placed the tie around his wrist, if he was going to be here he might as well be as comfortable as he can and looked around as they walked "I hope truly hope the others will be safe" he said as his mind wandered back to his predicament, he was still without water and he had already been out for a while, how long till he would be needing water? Not only that if he fell here then that would leave Twinkleshine all alone and he couldn't do that to her. He shook his head to clear it and looked at her "I apologize for this" he said sincerely "you just arrive here, I ask you to this ball and this happens, what a way to get to know this place" he said as he squeezed her hand a little "but really, I am truly sorry, if it wasn't for me wanting to take you to the ball this wouldn't of happened, it is all my fault for putting you in this danger and I shouldn't have" he said, hating himself for doing this to her.

Kane + Opal chose option number 2

Teigra

Opal woke up underneath a pae. Her head was pounding and her eyes wouldn't focus properly. When she finally managed to figure out that her eyes were closed, she opened them and propmtly had a heart attack.

There was some striped faun on her and they were both covered in sticky, brown stuff. Brain still not working right, she first thought it was blood and freaked out. Giving the faun a hefty push, she jumped up. Staggering a bit, she almost landed on another pae before she could stand up properly.

Her dress was ruined, her hair was covered in thick sticky stuff she was just now realizing wasn't blood, and she was surrunded by other pae who had yet awoke.

She could see a few of them, starting to wake up. Looking around, she was startled a bit to discover that Kane was searching over the pae, calling her name. "Kane!" she hollared, trying to step over the still sleeping pae. "Kane! Where the heck are we?" she asked, tripping over a brown pae and spreading the pudding love.

Wolfs Heart

Yipes moaned, rolling a bot. His head was killing him. Maybe he had drowned in the pudding, looking for his friends. "My friends!" he gasped suddely, Sitting up, he jumped when an empty bowl fell off his head. "What the?" he asekd, turning the bowl over and realizing that it as the pudding bowl he had beeen swimming in earlier. Looking around, he noticed the sleeping pae and jumped up, hollaring for "Captain Licorice!"

Twinkleshine shook her head, looking forward. "I don't think it's your fault; I probably would have just come alone, even if you didn't invite me." Laughing lightly, she shrugged, continuing, "So, do weird things like this happen all the time?" Her voiced cracked towards the end, some of the fear she felt for the darkness around them snaking past her mask. Everything was so, just so creepy, and she could barely see a thing around her.

"Then that probably would of made two of us, I don't usually go to these things but even I, sometimes, let my curiosity get the best of me so I would of come at the last minute" he said as he reached out to at least try and move some of the fog aside, even a little, to see if he could let them see a little better at what was in front of them but that failed so he looked back at his date. "I can't say I know the answer to that, I know last year I heard some babies were born due to one of Venus' parties but other then that I don't know but lets put it this way, with you now living here, something tells me you should get used to it" he said as he heard the crack in he voice and stopped and turned the other around to face him "I don't know how we are going to get out of here and I don't know when that is..." he said as he wrapped his arms around her and hugged her.

"...I swear, we will get out together and while we are in here I will do whatever I can to protect you, I swear to you, I won't let harm befall you if I can help it" he said as he pulled away from her and smiled a little at her "whatever happens, I will help you get through this, I will get us home, I promise" he said, unsure how they will get there but he wasn't going to give up on getting back home.

Elizabeth + Xanthea chose option number 2

Elizabeth finds herself standing in a darkened maze after the mist dissipates. At least Xanthea was still with her. She looks around and sighs heavily. "This again. Why can't I go to any parties without some kind of hijinks ensuing? Last time I got turned into a bloody wolf," she grumbles. Sighing again, she runs a hand through her hair. There appear to be two paths to venture down. One is even darker than the spot of the maze they're in now, and the other leads to a bright spot.

"Oh no," says Elizabeth, shaking her head. "Oh no no no. I am not participating in this nonsense again! We should stay here, Xan," she says with a nod. "If we poke around the hedges, maybe we'll find something useful!" She tries to smile encouragingly, but her fear is beginning to creep through at the edges. The unknown fills her with dread and anxiety. She doesn't like being toyed with.

Kane turned in time to see Opal emerge from a literal pile of Pae, covered in...was that pudding? The tiger demon made a face, finally daring to ask with a raised eyebrow, "What the hell happened to you?" Did he really want to know?

Shaking his head, he turned his attention back to their situation. "We need to get the heck out of here." He spread his wings with a leathery snap, then leapt into the air, flapping with long, powerful, downward strokes.

And promptly hit the ground again on all fours.

"What the hell?!?" he snapped angrily, confused by what just happened. Why couldn't he fly? It was as if some invisible force grabbed him from the air and slammed him back down into the ground. Not eager to try that again at the moment, he stood up normally again, aiming a pissed-off glare at the general area. "I don't know what this place is," he growled in answer to Opal's question, "but, I don't like it."

He was angry enough to go tearing off to maul something, but the logical, predator side of his brain told him that was stupid. "Let's take a look around here, first," he suggested, waving his hand at the bushes. "Best to get a feeling for our surroundings and what we have to work with before we go tearing off into the unknown."

Twinkleshine laughed rather heartily; so this type of drama happened last year as well? How come none of the faunies were informed of this. She might have been a bit more suspicious if she had know. Probably not, but maybe. Everything was so much more complicated than her home was. Well... Her homeland. Here, in the great tree, whose complicated name she could never remember, was now her home. She glanced down, the cold and the dark piercing her resolve again, beginning to fill her up...

And, as if he had sensed it, they stopped, eyes making invisible contact through the impossible black. She stared into nothingness, her hand softly opening as he let it go, her eyes widening and tearing in that split moment of complete isolation before his touch returned. It was frightening; this was so truly frightening she could barely keep herself together. As his arms wrapped around her she felt her lip quiver, her face heat up as the tears came, budding just at the edges of her eyes. She didn't want this to be happening! Hadn't she suffered enough already? She bit her lip as she held the floodgates back, not wanting to get this emotional already. Actors aren't open books; actors can adapt to situations and improvise their actions. They don't have to act like they felt...

Yet they came, slowly, the warmth brushing down the sides of her cheeks. Not like this, she didn't like being the one protected. Slowly, she lifted her arms, hugging him back and burying her face into his chest, her make-up surely ruined. From inside of it, she mumbled back, "You... really are a great friend... You know that...?"

It is true that he had started to develop feelings for the other but right now he was happy with just being friends, anything else can wait till after they got out of this place...IF anything happens of course "I try to be" he said as he put one hand on the back of her head and stroked her hair "but you are my one and most important concern in this place, anything we face isn't as important as your safety" he said whilst silently thinking that he just hoped he wouldn't let her down.

Fea Line

Mo stumbled a bit as he was tugged unceremoniously into the view. He straightened himself out quickly though, making quick work to straighten his tuxedo and procured a not quite so nervous smile out to those that may or may not have noticed. But how could they not?! She seemed to bellow when she spoke. A little hard to miss. However, despite his current shy, possibly embarrassed and nervous demeanor, Mo was rather smitten by this strange new breed of a Princess. Thus resulting in him asking her to this momentous occasion to partake in the festivities with him.

He'd never been to one of these little Galas before, but from what he had heard of them, they were quite fun and rather... er... unpredictable? but still enjoyable, none the less. And his personal feelings aside, Mo thought it wise to ask one of the high ranking newcomers given the fact that Chief Rais was unable to do so himself. Mo felt the gesture alone showed some level of generosity and aided in including the newcomers to their world.

Mo took a deep breath and smiled, gently taking her hand with a bit of a bow, and kissing her knuckles before patting them kindly. "Relax, Princess Luna. We have plenty of time to join in on all of the festivities tonight."

He turned his gaze into the masses that had accumulated in the room and nodded a bit to himself. "To be honest, this is the first time I've attended one of these events, but I understand that there's to be dancing, mingling and perhaps even a few games to partake..." he trailed off a bit, then cleared his throat, gesturing a hand out into the room as he offered an elbow. "Shall we?"









Shining smiled warmly as he rested a hand over his bride's. His Tuxedo currently buttoned and sharp. (Vest and tie underneath without jacket... you know... for later... >>; )

His eyes skimmed over his bride with love and pride. "You are positively beautiful in that dress, love." he smiled lovingly then sighed happily. "Our honeymoon was lovely as well!" he chimed in with a teasing smile then chuckled. "Let's jump in and see what everyone else is up to, shall we?"

Hoity awoke, shaking his head. What had happened? He glanced around, looking at the strange maze they were now in. "Whaat happened...." he said, feeling around his face and suddenly realizing something. "Oh noo...." he gasped, sitting up and staring straight into Lust's eyes. His chest heaved as he panicked a bit and spotted it. "Oh thank heavens, your ok." he said, reaching out his hand towards Lust.....and then reaching straight on past her to grab his sunglasses. He smiled, dusted them off and then placed them on his face before glancing back at Lust for real. "Sorry, did you say something....? Where aare we."

Teigra

Opal frowned at his question and gave the now awake faun a very dirty look. "I am not entirely sure but I seriously hope this isn't faun...waste." she said, using a polite term for poo.

She rushed over when he landed but didn't touch him. She had figured out he was wierd about the touchy feely stuff. Plus, she didn't want to get pudding on him. He still looked pristine and handsome. Looking around, she nodded. "I agree. Can't hurt to look." she said, before trailing off to feel a wall of greenry. "I'd like to know who sent us here...and why." she mumbled to herself. "Cause I would sure give them a thorough hell raising. Turning back towards Kane, she asked him simply "Do things like this happen very often around here?"

If they did, she was moving to another island. Plain and simple...

Menelie

Leilani awake with a start. Having been drugged and stuck in a dark hole before, this maze was going to do nothing for her recovered psyche. Frantically looking around for her mate, she tried to remember what happened last.
Leilani smiled, taking the small golden apple from Theron. "Where did you get this? It's veautiful!" she asked, leaning forward to give Theron a kiss on the cheek. Then she noticed the smoke at their. Looking up, she shook her head. The sky was clear... "Theron, I...think..we're in......trouble." she stated before slowly passing out.
Leilani shook her head, this time to get it to clear so she could think straight. Locating Theron on the left of sleeping spot, she crawled over and gave him a viscious shake. "Hunny. Please!" she cried, shaking him a bit harder with each word. "Wake up! Wake UP!!!!" she all but yelled.

Looking around, she noticed three very different paths. Seeing only one with Light at the light at the end, she quickly made her decision to go that way. She gave Theron another shake. "Please wake up. We have to leave. Please!"

Teigra

Lillison + Lugh chose option number 2

Lillison, normally the ever quiet little fish, screamed when the mist began to consume the party. Lugh's presence had given her some sort of comfort, but she had quickly passed out. Now she heard a voice calling her back to the real world and her eyes began to flutter open. "I'm alright..." she answered, although she hadn't even really heard the question. The purple mist felt like a dream, she wondered why she had passed out at the dance, maybe it had been too crowded. Her vision was focused on Lugh's face in front of her, so she noticed that it seemed darker, but hadn't realized they had left the ballroom. Lillison started to look around "Oh!" she shouted as she looked around in panic. Other pae were getting up and moving as well, some going down the two paths, some still passed out. "Where.... where are we?" she asked Lugh. With so many leaving, it was easy to want to follow, but Lillison certainly didn't want to follow them down that dark, scary path. It seemed better to stay put, someone would rescue them. "We should stay here..." she shared her plan with the angel.

Terran + Moana chose option number 3

[Terran laughed at the pink naiad's comment about wearing shoes and leaned in to whisper to her, "That's ok, I can't imagine wearing those things either." As he pulled back from the whisper he started to notice the mist slowly creeping towards them. He had tried to catch the female as she started to sway, but he was falling too.]

Terran awoke with a start at the poking and prodding. Instantly, he felt sore from landing on the ground and in turn, being landed on. The faun sat up and shook his head in an attempt to clear it. "Hmm..." he responded as he looked around, not having much of a reaction yet. Terran rubbed his body where it felt sore. He looked at the pink naiad who he had been with. "Hey... are you alright?" the last thing he remembered was that she had been falling. The faun quickly stood up and offered a hand to the naiad to help her up. He was still looking around in a state of confusion. "We need to get out of here." something didn't feel right in this place, and he didn't know where it was. Two paths diverged from where they were, he wanted to be adventurous and go down the dark path. Terran looked at the naiad who was next to him, he couldn't leave her on her own. "Do you want to come with me?" he would feel more comfortable escorting her down the lit path, even if his curiosity was drawing him to the darkness.

Nodding, she pulled back enough to brush the tears from her eyes, laughing lightly as she brushed them against his skin. "If this keeps up, you won't need to worry about finding water." It was an attempt at lightening the mood in this desolate place. "There are two of us though; we both have to make it out fine, otherwise I'll be sad and alone again." Moving her arms away from her eyes, she reached to grab his wrist, breaking the hug as she let their arms fall. She smiled once, even if he couldn't see her, to try and reassure him before looking towards the way they (presumably) needed to go. "Let's continue"

Twizzz + Yipes chose option number 1

Twizzz was still near Yipes trying to get his head out of the pudding bowl, but around them everything had changed. Twizzz started to worry he was losing it again. Now, there was definitely no candy around them. "Noooooooo!" he shouted dramatically as he fell to his knees on the ground. "Now we'll never get any candy... I mean... your friends." the demon sighed as he turned to Yipes who was calling him. "I suppose you want to keep looking for them though?" This place looked scary, he wondered what Yipes was seeing. He was the captain licorice, so he should lead the way. "I think we'll go that way" he said pointing towards the dark, scary path. "You did say your friends liked dark places...".
