Follow the Hungry Mindflayer
Everyone follows Riley up a hill while Calder decides to help up Barth, feeling left behind by Christof. Just then, everyone seems to get attacked but things settle when everyone groups up. Calder goes to hunt for fish....and returns looking rather nervous.

Angry at Christof, Calder follows Barth only to have the Igor show up. There is arguing, insanity-causing fog, and lots of troubling images. They finally regain some sense of sanity and follow Emily, a little ghost student, into a grave.

Everyone finds out stuff about a weird lab, an experiment that might mean Carry is one, and tries to find clues and codes to get out. Calder rides his first elevator and finds they aren't great.

Just when Calder thinks they all made it out, a pair of blades cut him into pieces. He watched Christof die in the darkness, and disintegrates.

After the island, the dead are brought back to life and transported back to Amityville. Calder is unsure of his friendships, and leaves to go to his room, tired, worn, and very depressed.

Calder goes to visit Barth and finds out his mark is gone and contract is over. He still confirms that he's Barth's friend, and the pair talk about their confusing relationships with Christof. Calder sets his hoof down and decides he won't be the one going to Christof this time and worries if he ever had a friendship with the Igor.

Nose To The Grindstone
Calder gets a package. His parents send him kelpie books to study for upcoming clan testing and a riding doll to help with his basic riding. He's not happy and eats carrot candies instead.
