Manga or Anime?

ok here's my opinion...
Mangas are more detailed and can have more to them ingeneral (some animes from manga will cut out unnessisary chapters).
Animes on the other hand flow better and you dont have to look at the picture for 5 min saying wtf is that?
Mangas are cheaper and sometimes easier to get.
Animes can be bought in box sets which cuts down the individual pice by a lot.
Manga is for more of an alone time.
Anime is for more of a togeather time.
That being said I cant decide!
They both have their points.
Don't make me choose!!!


Just wanted to add:

The reading thing doesn't even play in for me.
I put the subtitles on and play it in the origonal language.
It's always better that way.
I despise dubbs.
That's all I wanted to add.

depends on the quality of each :0 like Inuyasha, I prefer the anime Inu then manga inu.

I agree but i personally like manga the best and thats just barley. with anime u get the cool soundtrack and stuff but with manga u get just more info

I'd have to say that i like manga better for 2 main reasons.
Some anime are cut short or dubbed to have some missing features such as blood.
Second because some anime tend to have many fillers which have no story line, they are random just like what has happened to the naruto anime.

I guess I'll just have to say both.

I like motion pictures and details at the same time. Some times, when you don't get something in the anime. You then can look back in the manga and see what happened.

I much prefer manga because to me there is nothing that beats snuggling in bed when it's cold out with a mug of tea and a good book.

umn...you don't have to buy anime....i see it online for free...i've got about 3-4 sites with a hell of a lot of anime and they're all free............if you want some , pm me and i'll give you sites

Hi! Quite honestly, I used to watch anime on TV (actually I still do) but i could never afford to buy anime OR manga. I prefer manga now but I don't collect it because I simply can't afford to. Usually I'll just borrow my friends' copies or help them buy them (when I have the $$$) or something.

Don't have a favorite manga yet though. I've liked nearly everything I've read so far. We'll see....so my answer? I prefer manga. Complete stories rock!
