Not going to lie, I'm thinking of the gold.
But after seeing a bit of shape in my flubby belly, I wanna do it everyday fo'sho.

How do you feel?: it take me three time to get this done today... first my computer stop loading the video half way throw. and i had to start over... then the video erred and stopped half way throw. and i had to start over.... third time the charm tho, and i got it done.

How do you feel?: Awesome.
Improvement from yesterday?: This doesn't relate to the actual 8 minutes, but for the class I'm taking, we do 15 minutes of core workout.
Yesterday was the hardest the trainer went, and everyone was dying but me. Thank you, Stars!

Also, Monday was my birthday so I'm SO late on entering stuff! D:

How do you feel?: It's mah birfday! I worked off the cake. x:

How do you feel?: It's St.Patrick's day. I don't drink though, but the elevated moods of my peers are always inspiring.
