So today is a (rare) day off, I will be catching up on sleep and studying for my English Literature midterm. x_x Crazy middle-English people. I got my classes together for summer and they're all online! I try to take 2 classes over the summer so I only have to take 4 in the fall/spring semesters and I don't overwork myself. My first summer semester I lived at college (yikes, I hated it!) and the second I was out of country studying abroad. I was worried about having to drive 40 minutes 4x / week to get to school. It's a bad drive. But now I actually get a self-paced summer! :D

IN: [50] = 50 calories (so far).
OUT: 0 steps (so far).


sleep...... wow, what a rare bird that is with college and work. I am doing online school this summer too, one course, so I do not go crazy. I could take more but I want to ensure a A. I am thinkinjg about online courses through the school year, except for the medical ones.

I'm taking 2 online courses right now, it just makes school so much more manageable for me to not have to physically be in the classroom all of the time. It's definitely not for those who cannot motivate themselves but it's wonderful if you can. :D I feel like I'll actually get a summer now! Haha.

I made a little black panther last night. It looks a lot better in person, this camera is no good haha.

Here's an update picture. It's not a ton of progress but I feel a lot better. Thought I needed to update at least.

So I'm back up to 129.8, it doesn't surprise me since I ate like a fiend for 2 days. Yesterday was another birthday dinner blech.

I hate how humans have to socialize with food. Bah. >:

IN: [260] [220] [840] = 1,320 calories.
OUT: 4,520 steps.

My abs feel awesome after 2 days of my challenge. I'm totally going to keep it up. biggrin I can't wait until I can post afters!

I can't believe I got a C on my legal studies midterm... I feel horrible right now.
It's an online class, and most of the assignments are worth 5-25 points. This midterm was worth literally 10 times that much at 250 points. And I got a C. Which dropped my grade in that class to a 71 C.
I have that sinking feeling in my stomach. /: I know it could have been a lot worse, I just NEED to keep my GPA up above a 3.5 so I can't afford a C at all. ;0;

I ate garbage yesterday. /: I haven't weighed in for a while, either.

IN: [260] [50] [250] = 560 calories (so far).
OUT: 412 steps (so far).

Did abs yesterday though, 4 days in a row! I'm so planning on doing it every day for a month! :D Hopefully I'll do it again today, I almost forgot yesterday. e_e;

I don't even know how much I ate today. Too much.
Night weight says 131.2, which sucks. Oh well. /:

I don't know what to do, I'm really getting upset. I've been with my boyfriend for 3 years, and the romance is going downhill. It seems like we're more friends than anything else nowadays. I really honestly don't know what to do. Understand, I love him more than anything, but I just don't feel like I'm sexy and I don't feel like I'm sexually attracted to him anymore. I guess it's a phase because I don't feel like I'm attractive at all, either. /: But he's feeling this distance too, and it's scaring me a lot... ;~;

I talked to him and I feel a lot better. I'm sure we'll get through this hump. Stuff is expected to happen after 3 years together.

Later's going to be a busy day.
Wake up at 9, eat a breakfast sandwich (260) + matcha (3).
Make lunch. Grilled chicken breast (110) + broccoli (20) + sauce (70).
Head out at 9:30 to the barn, get the horses ready.
Teach an arena lesson 10-11am. (1hr of walking around ha ha).
Eat lunch. Mmmm~
Head to Sunset Trails Ranch at 11:50ish for 12pm training.
Train Secret for an hour - flexion to bit + "over".
Head home close to 1:30.
Have an oat bar (190)
SLEEEEP. O: Actually probably not. I'd like to. Or maybe I'm just saying that because I'm tired now. Hee. (:
Antipasto for dinner? (360)

Calorie total = 1013. Will probably go over for dinner, going to try to have lots of veggies. (:

My broccoli turned brown and yucky. /: Going to make anti-pasto for dinner, yum.

IN: [260] [120] [35] = 415 calories (so far)
OUT: 8,151 steps (so far).

Taught 2 lessons, lots of walking around. No riding, going to do 8-minute abs today, too. I'm proud of myself for having done it all 5 days of March so far! Gonna make it 6 after I rest up a bit!

So yesterday I probably had about 700-850 calories. It was a bad night, I was too upset to eat. /:

I binged on candy today as a result. Dear Stars, please try to be consistent.

IN: estimate [1,400]
OUT: 7,000 steps + 8 minute abs.

I've done 8 minute abs every day but I usually do it late (9-10pm) so my muscles can heal up. As a result I haven't been writing it down as much, my bad. x_____x

My midsection feels SO TIGHT now, it's awesome. Not a totally awesome visual transformation but hey - it's about how I feel! And I'm feeling alright. I probably weigh the same, which is lame, but I should stop eating York peppermints.

OUT: 8,025 steps (so far). + scooped feed (-40) + 8min abs (-65)

I did in hand work with DaVinci and scooped feed bags. Then I did 8minute abs.
I'm seeing lots of definition in my midsection so far, will definitely post half-way day 15 pics.

Night-weight: 128.6 (10PM)

You can do it.Setting a time frame doesnt usually work because it gets discouraging after awhile.You are already small so plateaus occur more frequently.muscle weighs more than fat.

Half because it's ME plateauing, and my body is just reacting to my lack of proper exercise/eating. >:



also plateau is due to the fact when you are dieting and exercise you cant lose pure fat. since your small you are toning up in the process. take the biggest loser people for example at first they dont plateau because for one they have a higher fat percentage and also they are used to being active.thus their bodies take longer to adjust.however, you are already a good size so losing the little fat you do have is difficult and also like i said before when your exercising your gaining muscles which weigh more than fat.thats why many say to look at inches lost instead of weight lost.
