Today... was not a great day. That is all.

I ate:

- About 1 1/4 cups Special K Satisfaction + milk + cherry tomatoes
- About 1 1/2 cups baby carrots
- A ham and cheese sandwich
- About 1/2 Shreddies cereal + yogurt + cashews
- About 2 cups of fruit
- Two slices of pizza + pasta + milk
- A Special K bar

On the bright side, I ran on the treadmill today for about 15 minutes and spent about 25 on the cross-trainer. At least I burned a few calories today. c:

I think I managed to make up for yesterday with the amount of exercise that I did today. Yet... I am so... so... tired. oTL But I'm proud of myself for making it through that workout. I can do it! c: Maybe if I ate good foods and exercised well like I did today, I would start losing weight again.

Today I ate:

- About 1 1/4 cup Special K Satisfaction + milk + cherry tomatoes
- About 1 cup baby carrots
- A ham and cheese sandwich
- About 2 cups of fruit
- A container of yogurt + 7 cashews
- About 1/2 cup Shreddies cereal
- About 1 cup of rice + stir fried veggies + soup
- About 1/4 cup Vectors cereal + yogurt

I also managed to run for about 17 minutes on the treadmill, spend 30 minutes on the cross-trainer and about 40 minutes weight training today. I'm going to hope that tomorrow will be another good day.

One of my teeth has been killing me the last few days. I don't know why, but I'm glad that I'll be able to see the dentist soon.

Today I've eaten:
- About 1 1/4 cup Vector cereal + milk + cherry tomatoes
- About 1 cup baby carrots
- A ham and cheese sandwich
- A Special K bar
- About 2 cups of fruit
- A small container of yogurt + 6 cashews
- One cookie
- About 1 cup of rice + milk + stir fried veggies

I got my report card back, and was pleasantly surprised to find that my math mark stayed the same. Thank god. On the other hand, part of my gum was covering my wisdom tooth and had to be cut out, so I'll be living off soft foods for a while. I also haven't eaten junk food 'cause of it. Guess that's a good thing then. xD

Today I've eaten:

- About 1 1/4 cup Special K Satisfaction cereal + milk + cherry tomatoes
- About 1 cup of baby carrots
- A ham and cheese sandwich
- A Special K bar
- A small container of yogurt
- About 3 cups of fruit
- About 2 cups of pasta + milk + dried cranberries

I'm hoping to get to the gym today, if only for a short run.

I managed to go to the gym today, but aside from that, I've kind of done nothing all day. xD Lazy~ Plus I'm going to the local science centre tomorrow with my family, so I won't be doing much tomorrow either, except a lot of walking around. Which helps, I suppose. xD

Today I ate:

- About 1 1/4 cup Special K Satisfaction + milk + cherry tomatoes
- About 2 cups of pasta
- About 3 cups of fruit
- About 2 cups Campbell's soup + toast with jam + yogurt + 12 cashews

I don't really post here much anymore, but I'm still keeping track on livestrong, so that's good. I went shopping for stuff today, and saw the cutest bikini, which is good encouragement to keep exercising and eating well. I didn't buy it, but maybe when summer gets closer I will.

Today I've eaten:

- About 1 cup of Honey Bunches of Oats cereal + milk
- Beef sukiyaki at Edo Japan~
- About 2 cups of fruit

Dinner is probably rice and veggies~. Yum yum. c:

Ack, I've been so hungry today, I don't know why. Maybe all this math review is making my stomach rumble? I don't know.

Anyway, today I've eaten:

- About 1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats cereal + milk
- About 1 cup baby carrots
- A ham and cheese sandwich
- A Special K bar
- About 20 cashews and two containers of yogurt + All Bran cereal
- One piece of Dove chocolate

I think dinner is going to be pasta in red sauce. Yummy~

I haven't been doing all that well with my diet since I've reached a plateau, but I definitely want to look good for prom, which is going to be at the beginning of June. So I'm going to work really hard once again, and try to break through to lose the extra fat on my body!

It's almost March, and life's starting to get busy. oTL School's picking up, and all these projects are due around March break. Ack. That's not fun. Oh well; if I get those projects done, I'll be able to take spring break easy, and I've got universities to visit over the break as well. It should be exciting. c:

I'm wondering about speaking to a dietitian. I know that there's a free one in the next town over and they might be able to help me with what I should eat. In the meantime, I'm going to eat healthy and work hard~

Today I've eaten:

- 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal + 1/4 cup Special K cereal + milk
- A banana
- A roast beef 6" sandwich from Subway + tea
- About 2 cups of fruit
- A few squares of dark chocolate

Did someone say March? biggrin It's actually nice to see the weather warming up. Soon I'll be able to pull out the spring jacket... that I don't have. Yeah, shopping time. Anyway, giving up cookies for Lent has been worth it. I don't really eat them very much anymore. Instead, I crave dark chocolate, but I don't eat that much either, not to mention there's barely ever any chocolate in our house, so it's not a bad thing.

So far I've eaten:

- About 1 cup Special K cereal + milk
- About 1 cup baby carrots
- A ham and cheese sandwich
- A Special K bar
- A small container of yogurt + cashews + dried cranberries

Dinner looks like rice and stir-fried veggies. Mmmm~

It's was really nice out today. I almost regret going to the gym instead of taking a bike ride, but I rode my bike out yesterday. Exercising has started to become really, really fun.
You know, I don't really count calories anymore. I don't think I'd be able to deal with that for the rest of my life, so I stopped. I still eat healthy, making sure I take in lots of fruits and veggies, but I don't count them. I use common sense; bread is good for me, but five slices is overkill for breakfast. At the same time, I try to make sure I get exercise as often as possible.

Today I ate:

- About 1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats + milk + a banana
- About 1 cup of pasta in red sauce
- About 1 cup of baby carrots
- A Special K bar
- About 2 cups of fruit
- About 10 cashews
- An egg and veggie sandwich with 1 cup of veggie soup
- An orange

I also went to the gym today. I haven't had a good, long workout in quite some time, so I'm currently dying. Guess I should exercise more then. oTL

I don't count calories either. I know whats healthy and what isn't so i just write what i ate. and also if i worked out (which i have been slacking on writing about lately).i just pop on the scale every once in a while and weight still comes off. no reason to be miserable calorie counting because if your eating healthy foods and working out then there isnt a true need.

i dont count calories because im making a lifestyle change for the better so no need for it. im not going to factor in calorie counting everyday for the rest of my life. however, healthy foods and exercise are a part of my new lifestyle.

@BitterFantasy: That's what I was thinking too. Calorie counting isn't something I want to do for the rest of my life, so I'm just going to eat healthy and trust my judgment on how much food is too much.

I never found calorie counting to be miserable, just tedious. It's something I could live without, you know?

Today was... bleh.
I visited Western University yesterday, which about a 2 and a half hour drive from my town. It was raining and the weather was bad, but I have to admit, the university was pretty. The town it was in is really run down though.
When I woke up this morning I had a fever with a horrible headache. That was not pleasant. As a result, I didn't eat very much today; in fact, I spent the whole day sleeping.

Today I ate:
- An apple, a banana and a slice of nectarine
- A little bit of noodles and corn
- A bowl of fruit
- About 1 cup of rice + cucumbers + milk (I was feeling better by this point)
