Period Cravings?

i dont recall craving anything during a period but at random times i crave somethign salty and chip-like 3nodding

I crave somthing diffrent everytime. My boyfriend keeps saying im craving wierd things like baklava. I wish i had some now.

When I'm PMSing, I eat like crazy- junk food mainly. (Luckily I have a really good metabolism that prevents me from monthly ballooning...)

However, when I'm on my period, I eat light food- soup and whatnot. I also have a reverse craving for caffeine- my body and mind refuse to let me touch it.

I crave anything unhealthy that I really shouldn't eat. x_x And that I get anxious for eating. Aaaaaaaaaaand me and my boyfriend just bought two bags of potato chips, chocolate and coke. Do I have to tell you I'm on mine right now? >_>

It varies from period to period ... But it's usually, hrm ...
either cheese/cheesy potatoes, bacon, or chocolate.
Though sometimes I'll crave sushi, sashimi, or fish ...
or this one period, I was totes craving for some chicken pot pie!

I don't really like sweets so I don't crave for chocolate or such. But as much as I try to avoid all unhealthy fast foods normally I seem to want them much more when I'm on my period. gonk

When it's almost THAT time for me I always crave for gherkins and feta cheese. Those 2, every time. Sometimes I also really crave for dishes that have white beans in them while I normally tend to skip those. whee
