One day, in the super far future, I will pick up a Holmes book. One far, far day.

I recommend it, its a great collection, so many books if you love the character and investigations of Sherlock Holmes

ive read 5 of them now ^_^ and im currently reading "The Sign of the Four" and still going~

in class we're reading "Their Eyes were Watching God" which is a typical school book.

Wow. A book with the name God in it for schooling purposes. Wow.

Right now I'm reading SWEEP, which is a book about Wicca, though t's fiction.

I had to read Frankenstein for my AP English class like two weeks ago. It's pretty good, it's just that the author overuses words like every other page like "despair" and "wretched." Mary Shelley should have invested in a thesaurus. :c

ive never read about Wiccans (i didn't even know that Wicca was the proper noun XD) but yeah, that would be quite funny to see in a bookstore nonfiction section, a book entailing "The exquisitely detailed and completely true account of Wiccan History and rituals" XD

@endranse
yep, same person. and since my class although called an honors class is filled with how shall we say....IDIOTS, our teacher is reading parts of the chapters aloud. it helps with the migraine that one gets from trying to read that book and translate it into proper english. and people snicker in class everytime my teacher reads the N-word from the chapter. seriously its no fun for me at all.

@ griever
rofl. reminds me of the exposition of this chaotic spacetime ripping landscape in this scifi book i read recently. That guy used his thesaurus a bit too much XD it was a great book but everytime he described scenery (which was alot) he spent 2 pages on just the swirling chaotic undulating antimatter inducing mountains in the background. not to mention the spacetime ripping part of the scenery. i skim alot more because of that now XD

There are some non-fiction Wicca books, but I like fiction better cause they're all dramatic. Right now I'm reading the Blue Bloods series (yet another Vamp book). I'm glad I'm up to 22 now.

@bl
i dont read vamp literature, although im sure there are some real gems to be found underneath the pile of books. its not one of my favorite genres, might explain why i dont read it sweatdrop sorrys

is reading "The Name of The Wind" by Patrick Rothfuss right now. best described as lord of the rings-esque. lets just say that if i had the ability to get everyone that i knew who loved to read a copy of this book i would, its just that good. and not to mention its the first of a trilogy, so i cant wait to get the next books.

i finished reading The Name of The Wind, even though i thought i would pace myself with such a good book.

still am not done with Lost World, havent even gotten to the part with most of the dinosaurs. and its The Lost World by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the one that inspired the modern Lost World and Jurassic Park.
