So like, at the buzzworthy site, the DownloadHelper icon (little orange thingy) should light up or something, and then when you click the arrow, there's a little list. Like in the picture at the extension's site.
And then you just click on one of the things in the list.

Um okay so now it should have downloaded into whatever folder all your firefox downloads save in.
I'd say watch it, to make sure it's right, but it's possible you don't have the right program to view it... if so, just email it to me? I'll PM you my email address.

Okay. Its a flv. I'm not even sure if its it. But there was only 2 things to download. I have flash 8. Thats all I know!
