XD I really hope you aren't going to quest for all 15. o___o That could get expensive~~

For the FGS, I wouldn't recommend buying an outfit for it. Instead, I would buy a few key green pieces. With those, you could add the FGS to just about any other outfit.
I'd say the basics would be:
scared leaf or laurels
green pompom scarf or 4th amigo lucki tie
green stockings
neon high tek sandal or jadeleaf dragon slippers


Alright~ The first one looks expensive, but it's just under 12k minus the pixie, fairy wings, aquatica and FGS, of course. ^^
The second is a really fast rainbow. x.x
