Maze Oh. I didn't know this existed; It's a tough day for me. I wish to honor my family that died, but it was also my Nana's 80th Birthday today.

Fiddlers Green Gho the Girl I'll be driving her out west soon. I'm hoping to get her oil changed or something, I don't really know what a good check up would be for here before I depart or how much it'd cost. Hey, what part of the west coast are you on? Ah, rightio. 3nodding I'm in California, central coast. Monterey Bay to be precise. About 2 hours South of San Francisco. 3nodding Bon chance Nuri. surprised Jealous! I was born in Santa Cruz. I miss that part of the world! Mountains, ocean, redwood forests... now I'm stuck in flat ol' Michigan!

Illinois is still strange to me. I'm originally from a small Louisiana town and the atmosphere, people and weather, is so different. I like it up here though I miss the cuisine of my youth though, like red beans and rice, gumbo, and boiled crayfish. I mean yeah I can cook it myself but I just miss that the place that do cook these foods don't cook and season it to my liking.

Note to self: DO NOT knit when angry; you'll just end up with a few rows of tight, small stitches that you either have to just live with, or suffer the process of ripping them out and starting over gonk .

Note to self: your dad can put your spine back into alignment just by picking you up and jiggling you better than you could do all weekend. Not 100% yet, but hanging from the tree outside will help a bit, supposedly. Woo!

Thank you. But then, I can't just count it all as a work of the physical, tangible realm, because I still had trouble moving for a bit afterwards. I'd like to think, however fluffy it may be, that the well wishes of others had a part to play in the recovery.

My parents go to a cajun restaurant in Naperville a bit of the time.

All the talk of where people grew up is making me miss England, even if I am more or less accustomed to Nebraska now. Well, I probably should be accustomed after...fourteen years in Nebraska, sixteen in the US; I was only five when we came back. But it still doesn't feel quite like home, y'know?
I still hate how my accent comes through randomly, though. >.<

Does this mean the three of you will be coming out to ReCon? surprised
