(Sorry in advance for stealing your sentiment Poe, I shall attempt my best to steer it clear of direct copying. ninja )

There is at the least a very vocal minority who find my physical features appealing in one way or another. This is of a shocking nature to myself.

You too, huh?

I'm not sure how to respond to all the affirmations. I used to just go, "yeah right" or "you're just trying to make me feel better". But they get very irate when I say that. XD

Some of them have begun to accuse me of "fishing" for compliments.
It's embarrassing at times. sweatdrop

I just tell them, "if you really think I'm fishing for compliments, stop giving them to me. Besides, none of them are true anyways."

I usually accuse them of being confused and/or biased. Of course this ignores what is likely my own bias against me, so really, I'm kind of screwed either way.

Took the "Belief-o-matic" quiz.

It's a quiz that lists the religions within it's database that most fit your spiritual positions (or at least the answers you give in the quiz).

Top three answers:
Neo-Pagan
New Age
Liberal Quakers.

The third one interests me.

I was raised in the Friends church, and offshoot of Quakers. Can't say I liked the Friends much, but my grandmothers Silent Quaker church was nice the few times I had to go. Sad thing is that all the attendants there are over 50, if not 60 by now. At least the church will remaine standing and in repair as it's a historical landmark in that town.

Glad to hear it. Though I should attend my spelling and conjugation.
It really should have been thuididís. That is to say "can understand" rather than "would understand"

Heh, sometimes, I forget conjugations as well. It doesn't help that, while Croatian and Serbian are essentially the same, they go about verbal phrases entirely differently.

For instance:
Serbian would say "želim da imam oni," or "I want that I have those."
Croatian would say "želim imati oni," or "I want to have those."

Essentially the Serbian verbs must agree, while in Croatian the second can use infinitive as in English. That slight difference leads to radically different phraseology on occasion.

Ljubav, hleb, i pobeda is "Love, bread, and victory." I was listening to some music and the phrase was a tagline on the webpage - it just struck something inside me, filled me with longing, I guess.

Also, I wish that I could wrap my head around Irish spelling. I can understand some basic concepts, but at times, it completely baffles me. It sucks reading your posts and not being able to pronounce the words. =p
