2. Well the reason I'm asking is that I'm a Genin... and this new system says I have to be a chuunin. My custom weapon isn't anything really complex, it's just a really heavy staff. It doesn't like blast flames or anything, and I'm sure the reason for the custom weapon system is to regulate weapons that do stuff like that.

Also... that signature is hilarious.
