Indeed, it is unhealthy. A psychotherapist of mine says I am not getting enough sleep and it could be contributing to some of my eccentricities. I just stared at her.

LMAO. Psychotherapist my a**. My doctor just prescribed me some sleeping pills, I don't remember what they were.

Sleeping pills don't work on me anymore. 'Tis why I drink so much coffee and tea. My usual cycle is to sleep for a few hours every 2-3 days and then burn myself out so I sleep nearly a whole day.
