that actually comes as quite a shock... when i bleached mine out (straight shock blue off-white... anime style) it just got nuked...
I would get a heavy static charge running my hands through it....

[Mm..they bleached it twice, then went back and bleached areas that didn't go through as well. Took around 3.5 hours total]
