Winter Break is over and it's time for me to go back to school. I hate the first day back... the kids are hyper and all they want to do is chatter, chatter, chatter... I never get an ounce of work done. Thank goodness it's only one class... I think, not sure if I'm suppose to teach Kinder and 1st this week or next. redface Forgot to check my schedule as I bolted out the classroom door on the last day. Well, I'll find out tomorrow. It's difficult getting them back into the rhythm of the school day again - you'd think they were away from school longer. xp I teach Middle School Art and I'm also lecturer for a local University on Elementary Art Education. The teaching is a steady job, the lecturer is based on enrollment so it's not always a stable income. Anyway, the first day of school was a ridiculous day of trying to get organized and then I caught a wicked cold, so I've been out half of the week. Lovely. Oh, well next weeks a new week and I'm sure all will be well. pirate

Idle chatter so here it is. I have five cats and I can't stand one of them, but I can't get rid of him cause he belongs to my mom who is in a nursing home and i promised... but he craps on the floor behind my computer and he won't stop AARRRGGG O.K. i feel better now surprised

Oh, some kitties are bad that way ~ mum had one that refused to use a litter box after she neutered him... I still have issues due to that cat... gonk
Anyhooo.... just stopping by to say hello, yes, I'm alive and well, but the oldest one has an assignment that pretty much monopolizes our computer. Am just on a moment before she returns from the store.
