Alex chuckled and started to eat. "I'm glad you like it." He smiled softly at her. If she only knew what was going to happen.

They finished their dinner and Eva sat back. "So I've been thinking." She paused for a moment. "That next summer, when we have the summer off or maybe even after our graduation, we could go a road trip. I got a letter from my relatives the other day and apparently my brothers told them about you." Eva put her hands up. "Now don't freak. But they want us to visit them in Georgia." Again she paused and smiled. "I'm a born and raised southern girl." Eva said the last part in a southern accent to add affect.

Alex chuckled a bit. "Tell you the truth I've never been to far from home. I think a road trip would do me good. And I'm always happy to meet more of your family." He smiled.

Eva smiled. "Good. And since you already met my parents and my brothers you know what to except. But be warned it is a big family so expect more boys. That are possibly bigger."

Alex nodded. "They don't mess with me, I won't mess with them." He chuckled. "And I've got all I need for a fight right here, not that I plan on getting into fights with anyone though." He said tapping his head.

"Yeah I hope you don't get into any fights either. Those boys can be rough. Trust me I know." The waitress came back and with the check.
"Can I get you anything else?" She asked the two of them.

"Do you want some desert?" He asked Eva. He hoped she'd say yes. He wanted do this here, but he was a bit nervous about it.

She grabbed the menu off of the table and looked at all of the delicious deserts. "I might as well." She smiled. "I'll have the ice cream sundae." Eva told her. The waitress nodded and turned to Alex.
"And you?" She asked.

"The Brownie Earthquake please." He nodded to the waitress. "Excuse me for a second, I'll be back in a minute." He kissed her and headed int the direction of the bathroom.

Eva nodded and took some sips of her drink. She looked around and began to admire more of the decorations. Everything was beautiful. "I definitely picked the right dress." She mumbled to herself as she looked at the fancy walls and tables.

Alex turned around and turned in another direction. There was a band playing in the resturant and they had just finished playing one the songs. He walked up to them and whispered into one of there ears. The man nodded and told the rest in his group. Alex smiled and went back to the table.

Eva clapped with the rest of the customers when the band had finished and began on another song. It took awhile but Eva suddenly released what song they were playing.
Is that our song? She thought to herself.

Alex smiled and sat down. The band started to play he song From this Moment by Shania Twian and Brian White. Alex looked at her and waited for a reaction. He smirked.

Eva watched as Alex sat down. "Did you do this?" She asked, blushing. Again, the words were exactly what she wanted to say to him.

Alex nodded. "I told you this night was going to be special. That song was played when we first danced together. And I think this is too." He blushed and took out the little black box. He stood up then went down on one knee. "Eva, will you marry me?"
