That skirt always looked funny without a shirt, in my opinion, but the thing you've done with the layering of the bras is interesting.

Two. It just doesn't look finished. The shirt and coat could work together, but you'll need something else, too.
Come on, with the new starter sets, there's no reason to be naked. Buy a pair of black pants, even as just something to throw on while you wait.

Hm, it's kind of hard to express; but I don't think much of that hairstyle with the rest of the outfit. I guess it's because the wings and the halo bodice and the tattoos all have a certain amount of curve to them, and the hair is spiky.
It's thrusting points rather than bladed edges... bah, I don't know what I'm saying.
Seven, you really could do better.
