Yeah its hard to go to sleep, for my mind tends to start to think about things and not get me to sleep!

Reading is a good way to fall asleep.

If everything fails... there is always NyQuil!
That stuff is powerful and WILL knock you out for 8 hours. No machinery operation for you O:

Tonight it shall be easy for me to sleep though, I'm quite tired actually.

I'd take a while to drift into a half-sleep... then wake slightly to shake off some weird thought/dream and later drift into sleep. =0

Takes a while to sleep, specially when you don't really feel like you need the sleep when you know you do.

Tis annoying when your sleepy and then when you get ready to go to sleep your not

Ah yes, the many thoughts that can occur whilst trying to sleep, not all pleasant indeed.

I like my dreams, mostly. I try to remember them~
I want to know what random things my mind puts together to entertain me in my sleep O:

Hmm listening to soothing music is a good way to get to sleep.
I know a few songs that can put me down with their tranquility xD

But I ended up getting more worked up whee

Deep breathing works well when I'm half asleep and can't fall asleep. I just think to myself: stop thinking about so many things and just sleep. Then I'd take a deep breath, let it out and try to blank out. It works sometimes :3
