23. What do you think the story is behind Valentine's day? (There are many of them)
Saint Valentine was martyred for refusing to give up Christianity on Feb 14. That day was celebrated to honour him. He had sent a letter to a dear friend of his in jail and signed it "From Your Valentine"
This was the "spark" later on that got people to write love letters and poems to thier loved one's and send gifts, flowers and chocolates to celebrate that day.

27. What animals would you typically associate with Valentine's day?
I think originally teddy bears but also dogs/puppies. There's a big variety now.
