  cycozombie4, that green line is a glitch. The Green Goo pose of the epic fail hat is a homage to it, but it shouldn't be on that hat.
Most of the time, you can get rid of it, but you have to remove items and equip different ones. So, unless you don't mind the line a green goo, you might want to change your avi up a bit.

No, I've just experienced it enough times to know what it is 
I still can't wear my full Cop Gear in towns, cause the hat has a green string (Like cyco's) when I turn around. Well, I could wear it, but I hate Green Goo on my avi scream

Well, I can't getting anything limited since I used it on my shinegreymon, so I'm either gonna go for veemon or am I not allowed anything royal or beasts or olympus since we the 'little people' can't have any group digimon? stare
