*waves* hi Hi, welcome to me being a bit tired and philisophical at the same time... a dangerous combo since I sometimes let slip a bit more than I otherwise usually would.

lurichan Meh, there is nothing wrong with deviating from the social norms as long as you don't harm others in the process. The people who are praised as genius and revolutionary are elevated BECAUSE they did not look at the world through the same lenses as everyone else, but instead looked a things differently, and thus found new ways to make our lives better as a whole. i know, but at the time they were criticized as quacks, i mean, look at gallileo he was finally pardoned by the catholic church for their deal with him only in hind sight do we see different as good.

But of course...anyone who questions the veiws of the chuch is automatically branded a heratic and excommunicated from the church. The church does take it's sweet time to admit that it is wrong. Still, the path less traveled is usually the most worthwhile to explore.

Leader of lost souls lurichan *waves* hi Hi, welcome to me being a bit tired and philisophical at the same time... a dangerous combo since I sometimes let slip a bit more than I otherwise usually would. *laughs* i think weve all been there before I think I do spend a good amount of time wondering about strange questions. It's human nature to question the way of the world, but few dwell overly long on the answers.

I suppose the church's refusal to admit to when it is wrong is one of the things that makes my leary of it. Today is a much freer age when I'm less likely to be hunted down and killed....but there are still fanatics and extremists... and in some third world countries "witches" are still killed.

yes, late night philosophy can be amusing, but then again when your mind is so close to sleep and dreams, sometimes things that otherwise wouldn't be easy to understand make perfect sense.
