Windy you can dedigivolve non-contest digimon many people do it for example PHX , Ichigo, and many more or did I get this mixed up

*Blue, I did the previous one since the rule changed but Ghoul can't devolve cause its unknown and i'm not aware of the random devolution yet.

Actualy you can the only spirit you can digivolve is Beowolfmon and Aldamon and thats it
