Asato took things as they were given. And closed his eyes savoring that kiss. At least Katsumi cared about him. And he knew it wasn't love. But right now he couldn't try to pursue anything better while being laid up. He had to accept what was for now and hoped once he was well he could change Katsumi's mind. "We can build a fire anyway and snuggle by it like we did before. We could snuggle tonight in front of one too. The one in my bedroom is very warm."
Hiroki moved and and yawned following Katsumi's yawn while the fingernails ran over his shoulders. I know you like the bath but I am becoming a prune. Maybe a warm towel rub and a run to the covers for us both soon ?" He glanced over his shoulder and caught himself yawning again. "I just want to hold you in my arms and never let go."

Izzy glanced in the mirror as Akihiko finished the job. Then he tough red the knitted cap. "You really did make me look like I have short hair. I sort of miss this look but it isn't all that star like now is it."
"Maybe I should have you dress me too just to see what you come up with to make me look like an everyday person. " Izzy started to look through the pile of clothes even as he had said that because god knew what Akihiko might pick out for him. He settled on a pair of blue jeans and a button up top with button up sweater so he wouldn't have to risk the hair getting messed up under the hat.
"So I'll wear these I think." Then he grabbed a belt and socks. "So where is this meat market we are going to?"
Soon he was dressed in the outfit and dragging on his socks.

(((OOC: Hehe well we stuck your characters in various states of suspended animation until you returned. Um... Let me see if I can remember everything...
-> Nezumi resigned when he talked to Yuuji so we just assumed he never came back to work.
-> Chiyou we have still working on music BUT Akihiko, as co-chair of Ohayou now, has suspended any public appearances of Chiyou. Like he can make songs and release cds but he isn't allowed to perform or do lives... and Nakai is off on tour right now. HOWEVER Nakai has expressed to Akihiko that he needs to break from Chiyou because he's afraid that Chiyou is too dependent on him and fears that it's stifling his music so... that's an interesting point of "OMG" right there.
-> Ryuukaze we just left alone since he's pissed off Naoko in more ways than one.
-> Suzaku I just haven't said anything about because Michi's working on his music and since he's Michi's guitarist we just assumed he's working too.
I can give you a breakdown of what's happened too if you need...
Um... -thinks- I don't know what the last thing you read was but...
Akihiko, Michi, and Izzy's shows went really well... except Narcissus stupidly pissed Shou off by revealing Ko to the world during the first show. So now Shou is incorporating Ko into his tour. Right now, Shou, Naoko, and Ko are all preparing for Shou's Japan tour (with Yamada also obviously) and Azriel is going to be his opening act... only Azriel is using a female persona he invented named "Mi-chan". Ishihara has also become Ko's tutor.
Before this however was Koyasu Aki's funeral wherein there was a sniper incident! We learned that Izzy's father has something to do with something (not sure what yet sadly) but he was shot and so was Goshiro of GO Records and Hiroki! Hiroki almost died actually! Katsumi, who had just finished his surgery (wherein a cyst the size of a bottlecap was removed from his head) went ballistic when he heard this. Now however, Katsu doesn't really remember much about Hiroki except that Hiroki belongs to him and to him alone... so he's all possessive.
Hiroki's on the mend now however and both he and Akihiko have agreed to run Ohayou together as co-chairmen. Hiroki has also taken Yuuji off of security duty permanently and placed him as Michi manager!
As a side note, Hiroki got a little black runt of a kitten as a present for Katsumi... and Katsu named the kitten Hiyokomame (Chick Pea). Akihiko and Izzy were inspired to get pets too so they both got kittens. Akihiko's is a Siamese named Ra (like the Egyptian god) whereas Izzy's is a Maine Coon named Tora (Tiger).
Meanwhile, Naoko has really developed this thing for a man named Oreo in the PIT... but my new character, Takashi Ono who works for the Doctor, thought that Oreo would make the perfect lab rat for an experiment on Regeneration. When Katsumi found out he was pissed (because Katsumi, along with Soto, is in charge of levels 1-4 of the PIT) and came to see Oreo and offered the man his freedom if he could survive the experiment. So if he survives he will be staying with Hiroki for a month (the experiment lasts for a month and then Katsu will still be on tour with Shou, which is a 2 month tour, so he needs somewhere to live).
CURRENTLY...
Katsumi is at Hiroki's (and since Hiroki inherited the Koyasu Estate, that is where he lives now... he is soon to be renting out his old home to Michi for now) and they're in the bath with Hiyokomame playing on the floor with puddles of water.
Akihiko and Izzy are in the bedroom getting disguises ready so they can go shopping for pepperoni and Italian sausage because Akihiko is going to make a from-scratch pizza for dinner... and both Michi and Yuuji are supposed to come over for dinner.
Shou, Ko, and Naoko have all been getting costume fittings from Shou's mysterious designer today.
Ishihara, Yamada, and Izo have been in long meetings regarding the tour with various other people of SMASH today as well.
Michi is working in the studio on his music while Yuuji is setting up Michi's new schedule (because Michi was overworking himself) at Ohayou.
Nakai is on tour atm...
So... that's pretty much where everyone is right now really.
If you feel like you can jump back in, have at it. I'd be kind of interested to see Chiyou's reaction to Akihiko signing orders to put his live work on permanent hiatus (until he gets serious medical help for his blindness) and the ensuing argument that I know will no doubt happen.

(( ooc: before I go to bed. As for Ryuu, Izo sent him on tour. It was the easiest thing to do with Ryuu that wouldn't mess up the character's normal life. Kou had to go back to work. ))

"You can have short hair again, Ruki. Just use extensions when you want it longer." Akihiko spoke, getting out of the clothes he'd been wearing and pulling on a pair of dark blue jeans. "I fell for you with that short hair, you know. To me, it'll always be your best look." he added with a wink before grabbing a button up shirt that was light blue.
He'd wear a coat instead of a sweater... but nothing fancy.
Narcissus finished it off with a white barret that fell forward over his face, his prescription sunglasses with reflective lenses, and white tennis shoes. Very plain.
"We'll go to Nissin. It's off the Shuto Expressway Loop Line, where it splits at the Oedo Line... so we'll just get off at the Shiba-Koen Exit. You might enjoy shopping around because it's an international store WITH parking so our car won't attract as much attention." Akihiko made sure his phone and wallet were both in his jeans before grabbing a couple of less conspicuous coats from the closet, winter jackets really. He handed one to Izzy. "I think we look quite plain. Oh wait do you want a scarf and gloves too?"

"Honto ni?" Katsumi asked, hugging Hiroki from behind gently. "Mmm... I'd like that... Fires are so beautiful, Asato-kun. They're warm and they're so bright, pushing the darkness away... but if you get too close they burn... The fire attracts you to it... but when you get to close it gets scared and pushes you back. Least... that's how I see it." he spoke, almost off in his own little world.
Azriel logic wasn't always right... but it certainly was interesting.
The young man sighed softly, "Then lets get out so you can hold me, ne? I missed you last night... so I should be making up for it now."
Swiftly he was out of the bath, grabbing two towels before helping Hiroki out as well. "Hiyokomame-chan... you want to snuggle with us?" the bat asked the kitten, who immediately perked up and tilted it's head at the duo before running out of the bathroom happily.

The older man slipped out of the tub and took the towel handed to him then dried off thoroughly before exiting the bath. He walked over to a table with the remote for the fire place and turned it up a little so the fire merrily crackled behind the warm glass. "Do you want to snuggle in the bed and watch the fire?"
Hi-chan leapt up and scrambled up the bed comforter then sat on the bed looking at Katsu with his small eyes. A big yawn came from the tiny mouth as if to say snuggle me.
"I think he's telling use to come to bed." Hiroki noticed as he set the remote down and walked over to Katsumi. Slowly he slid his arms around the younger man in front of the fireplace and just held him close. If he had felt better he would have made the night far more romantic but instead. He just kissed the top of that wet hair and nuzzled it. "I'm so happy you're hear...with me, Katsumi...." He yawned a little but didn't want to let go of the younger man. Soon Katsu would be on tour and he'd be alone except for Hi-chan.

"Well, I know the fans like this look right now. But I'll probably change it up to something more simple for the summer. This is actually a lot warmer than my short hair." Izzy blushed though when Akihiko said he fell for him in shorter hair.
Izzy slipped on sunglasses and then nodded. "I'll definitely need gloves and a scarf or I'll freeze out there. Can't have me clinging to you in the meat department. Oh...mm...while we're there I want to pick up a few things since it is an international store." He took the coat and dragged it on. By the time he was done, no one would recognize him but he did look a little oversized in all the sweater, coat, hat, scarf and gloves. One extension had slipped out of the hat and was dangling down. Izzy looked like a muffin!
"I'm ready!" he said from under the scarf as he was about to turn and head for the stairs up.

"Chotto..." Akihiko grabbed his partner, tucking that extension back under the hat. "NOW you're ready... and obviously you're driving." the man added with a wink as he grabbed his own scarf but didn't go for gloves.
They headed upstairs, and Akihiko made sure that there was water for the kittens, before going into the garage and getting in his car's passenger seat.
Once belted in, the musician glanced at his partner. "You really are adorable trying to stay warm, Ruki. I'm amazed you can even drive with all that one." he teased.
Laughing, Azriel looked at the adorable little kitten who was sitting on the bed practically begging them to hop in. "I think you're right." the young man spoke, drying his hair off as best he could now that his body was dry.
Arms wrapped around him and the bat smiled, pulling himself into that warm form behind him. "Mmmm... I'm happy too... except I'm cold too right now... but my hair's wet and it'll get the pillow all damp." Katsu was saying, relishing the heat of the fire.

Hi-chan kept begging with his small body circling around and mewing at them. "Yeah...he's not going to be happy until we join him. But...you're right, we need to get our hair dry. How about a hair dryer?" Asato didn't really want to let go of Katsumi but he dragged the younger man back to the bathroom and picked up the hair dryer. The hair dryer buzzed to life and sprayed hot air all over Katsu while Hiroki grabbed a brush.
"You'll be dry and toasty soon enough." said Asato as he started brushing Katsu's fuzzy hair. Outside of the bathroom Hi-chan's small eyes widened at the sound of the dryer before he scampered up to the pillows and hid behind them.

Tora followed them once they were upstairs. His big kitten paws padded all the way to the door and then he CRIED loudly as they left. "Oh no...He's so...unhappy! Oh goodness. That's just pulling my heart strings!"
But once the muffin of Izzy got into the car, he put his gloved hands on the wheel. "I can drive like this for hours." He started the car and turned his head to see out the rear as he backed out like a pro. The man probably could drive in his sleep because he quickly zoomed the car to the street without issue. However, he looked hilarious all bundled up as he was.
"As soon as they took off down the street, Izzy was fully focused on the road. He was a much more manly person as he drove even if he were looking really silly about now. "Oh...I got some info on my car! Ohayou sent me an email that it had cleared customs and will be delivered tomorrow! Finally, my wheels will be here." Izzy smiles brightly and then asked, "So is there enough room in the garage to park my Lotus? I can't wait to see it's smile." That smile was actually the shape of the front bumper and grill. At least Izzy thought that it looked like a smile. It was a fast car that was certainly meant for the open roads more so than the tight city streets. But Izzy really wasn't the type of man to drive a sedan. He wanted to feel the strong engine beneath him. Ok...so with cars, Izzy was a seme to the core.
With Izzy's driving, it didn't take long to get to the market nor did it take him long to find a parking place either because someone was leaving as he rolled up. Snagging that space like a pro, he zipped in and hooked the parking spot before any other cars could think about it. "We're here! SHOPPING TIME!"

Laughing, Akihiko shook his head, "Tora will have to learn that we can't be there all the time, Ruki."
And as if on cue, Tora's cries were stifled when Ra smacked him on the head with one paw and then started licking the larger kitten's eyes as if to tell him to calm down.
Most of the way to the store, Narcissus found himself watching Izzy drive. He listened to his partner and smiled, thinking about the garage.
"There is plenty of room. If not perhaps we should auction one of my cars off and make room, hmm? I'm still not in the best light for the media so perhaps the proceeds could go to charity?"
It was a good idea... especially since Akihiko didn't drive anyway... and he did have a handful of vehicles.
Once at the store, the young tiger stepped out of the car, mindful of his coat. "So I need pepperoni and Italian sausage... but you never told me what you were looking for here, Ruki." he spoke as they headed inside.
Azriel flinched at the sound, but then practically melted... having to hold onto the counter so as to not collapse.
SO WARM!
"Okay... next time I get out of the bath... I'm using a hair dryer... not a towel..." he whispered, tilting his head with the flow of the brush to allow for more area to get that delicious heat. "Mmmm... that feels so good..."
Yep, he was a kitten through and through and would've purred if he had the ability to.

"Well you have to wait for the tub to empty before you use the hairdryer. I don't want you to get electrocuted by dropping it in there." said Hiroki as he ran the hair dryer over Katsumi's hair then down over his butt. "Feeling warm?"
Of course Hiroki knew that Katsumi was warm because the man was stretching and bending to the heat. Very sexy. Hiroki finally got all of Katsumi's hair dry but gave him a few extra minutes under the hair dryer before turning it on his own hair. "You might want to scamper into the bed while you're feeling all toasty. I'll be there in a moment."
Hiroki didn't have nearly as much to dry because his hair was shorter but it felt good to warm it up before bed time. By the time he was done the bathroom was toasty warm and so was the bedroom since the fire place was still crackling.
He walked out with bandages and handed them to Katsumi, "Wrap me up before we sleep?"

Inside the house, Tora flopped down as soon as RA started licking him in the eyes. The big kitten really didn't know what hit him but soon he wasn't worrying about where Akihiko and Ruki had gone. He started purring and nuzzling with Ra. The big fluff was content.
"Mm...I'm sure I can fit it into the garage. But if you did want to get rid of a car for charity, I'm sure that Hiroki-san would be overjoyed. Mm...we could do it for the shelter we got our boys at. I'm sure they could use the funds." added Izzy as he parked the car.
"I want to pick up some diet Dr. Pepper. And...I want to pickup some sugar free flavors to squeeze into water. Oh yes, and some protein powder for my workouts in a large jug. Mm...and then I want to see if they've some things I can cook without destroying the kitchen. Then, maybe some snacks for tonight's get together while we wait on the Pizza." He smiled brightly as he walked with Akihiko into the store. Suddenly his eyes lit up with the variety of products. Some he knew well from America.
"Hamburger Helper! My Aunt could actually make this....I wonder if I could..." Izzy was just so bad in the kitchen that some things seemed like a miracle to him. "Ooh....LOOK! There's tortilla shells!"

Giggling, Azriel spun around and stretched upward, claiming Hiroki's lips in a playful thanking kiss and then he dashed from the bathroom, literally bouncing onto the bed.
Somehow he missed the kitten and was quickly burrowed into the blankets facing the fire place. Lithe fingers reached out and grabbed Hiyokomame, snuggling the kitten against his bare chest.
"So warm... isn't it wonderful, Hiyokomame-chan?" the bat spoke with a smile before Hiroki returned, bandages in hand.
Carefully Katsumi set the kitten down in his lap then took the bandages, patting the side of the bed for Hiroki to sit. Once he had, the young man was quickly and yet gently, beginning to wrap the injury.
"Just looking at this makes me want to kiss it again... but it's clean so I won't." he teased.
"Perhaps we should do that... maybe in part as a get well present for Asato, ne?" Akihiko asked, thinking it would certainly be fitting since the man seemed to adore charities to no end. "Yeah... I'll talk to him about setting it up... who to get in contact with... that sort of thing. Or, better yet, perhaps we should do it for charity and not let him know and then, in a nice ceremony, present the shelter with a check as a gift from Asato himself. Might be a nice surprise for him. What do you think?"
As they walked through the store, blue eyes were fixed on the various items here and there. Most he didn't know or couldn't read... but there were some that amused him.
However, what was even more amusing, was Izzy's reaction to everything.
Putting an arm around his partner's shoulders, Akihiko whispered softly, "You are like a kid in a candy store. Get whatever you want, Ruki... just no tv dinners. I'll even hold the shopping basket." he teased, carrying a plastic basket in his hands as they browsed.

It was amusing to see the young man play like a kid and burrow deep into the blankets. If Hiroki hadn't needed help with his bandages he would have gladly left Katsumi like he was. But Hiroki smiled as his bandages were put in to place then he crawled into bed before wrapping an arm around Katsumi and pulling him in just close enough that he could feel him but not right against his chest.
Hi-chan crawled over and looked Katsumi in the eyes then attempted to curl up just under the man's neck.
"You warm enough?" asked Hiroki with a slow yawn as he closed his eyes. "Do you have to get up early tomorrow?" The older man was already starting to drift a little feeling the comfort of his companion nearby. This was as close as he'd get to his memories of his kitten. Soft skin, warm bed...and fuzzy hair before him. He nuzzled that soft hair and although it didn't smell like lavendar at the moment, it was still a good fresh smell. "Fuzzy kitten....." he murmured gently.

"That would be a nice present indeed. I think he'd enjoy that quite a bit." Izzy answered. Hiroki was quite a bit different from other powerful men. He truly had a heart for charity and volunteered while others just threw money at problems. It was a good quality for a chairman, Izzy thought to himself as they walked in to the store.
"I am? Well I suppose so. I know what most of this is and I can read it all." He smiled brightly and grabbed some prepackaged Mexican foods in a box from Taco Bell. He knew he could put together everything if he had a microwave. Then he grabbed chips and salsa. "I doubt the Dr. Pepper and Protein Powder is going to be easy to carry in the plastic basket so lets get that last."
The manager knew exactly what was on the labels and snagged the zero calorie flavors for his water. "I could shop here for hours. Mm....is there anything you see that you'd like to try that you're curious about?"

((OOC: Ok...I think I got it...sorta. My brain is really screwed up right now, though so forgive me if I need a little hand-holding and seem to be repeating myself a lot or anything. So...is Nakai already gone or is he still with Chiyou for the time being? Has Ryu already started performing? Did Naoko ever get back in touch with Suzaku? How much time has passed since I last posted? I know I'm asking a lot, but can you guys throw me a few little posts where other characters interact with mine in some fashion so I can get a foothold and have a direction to go in? I don't just want to start posting again...I think I really need to. I've been horribly depressed and ill and I feel like this is something that will help me. My little boy, Rory, is due November 7th so I've still got a while before I deliver and can go back on my normal medications. I'm really sorry that I've let you guys down because I've been so personally screwed up.))

((OOC: Hey Ok... well.. let see, as for how long it has been. There has been almost a month since the New Year's party. We did some time skips between the point of New Years, Narcissus's Club Shows, Azriel's surgery, Aki's funeral and Hiroki getting shot then all his hospital time, and Shou's insane setup for the Arena Tours he's doing.
It's getting close to Naoko and Azriel's face off contest on who can be more manly. LOL
As for where characters are currently:
Nakai is definitely already On Tour. Ohayou really needs the financials coming so he was sent on tour as soon as possible. And he wanted to go. Koy had to get money rolling in. I'm not sure what to say for Chiyou because that's up to you. You can see what Nil said as far as his situation with Ohayou above. The young man needs to make some tough decisions about his life.
Izzy probably would have visited Chiyou during those few weeks at the studios because Izzy is there more often now working with Koy or his own music. Izzy is insanely busy trying to juggle two careers and help his partner. But things are starting to improve because Koy is making it through his grieving and moving forward.
Maybe we can have Chiyou come over to the dinner party that Koy and Izzy have planned with Yuuji and Michi. When Nil reads this, she can chime in. I don't know some of her plans for that dinner party so...she'd have to say if that works.
Ryuu was sent on Tour. As far as where he is. He's is probably already performing somewhere in the world. I figured Izo would send him on a World Tour quickly because seems like Ryuu and Naoko aren't seeing each other. Why else would Naoko be living at Shou's? Izo would prefer to have Ryuu 'getting over however it went down' on Tour.
I didn't know if or when you'd be coming back so it's an Overseas Tour. Something European/Asia to start building Ryuu's fan base as a soloist. He would have started it sometime after New Years probably 2 weeks afterwards so he would have recently left.
Also, this would have been set up like this because Shou's Arena Tours start in Japan. Izo would have wanted to makes sure Ryuu's tour and Shou's tour weren't competing for arenas. So...when Ryuu comes back to Japan, he'd be doing arenas in Japan while Shou probably will go overseas.
However, for the tour change, there will be like time in between. when Ryuu comes home from overseas, he gets down time between before touring Japan.
Mm...but as far as RP for Ryuu...I suppose that Kou and Ryuu can do Skype chats? Or Izo could call him up or something to check on him. I'm trying to figure out how to make thing work realistically enough for the game. Kou has school so he can't just jump on a plane and fly out there.
As for Suzaku, I know Nil had mentioned she had some ideas. But since you weren't here, she didn't pursue any of that story line because we couldn't answer for Suzaku.
But, Suzaku has been insanely busy at work as a guitarist for Michi. Michi is crazy green but way overboard dedicated lately. Hah... he has taken every Studio slot he can nab for the band and Suzaku has been practicing crazy hours. Since Michi hadn't been assigned a manager straight away due to Hiroki being shot and Akihiko/Hiroki not signing the partnership until recently, Michi has been self managing. And he is seriously NOT a Manager. LOL!! Michi is like super worried he'll screw up so he's completely 'OMG gotta skill up pronto' and he's been trying to move on from Akihiko too. Keeping way to busy to think is a good way of doing that, ne? lol
That is...until just the other day that Yuuji became Michi's manager. Hahah...
Now Yuuji is forcing Michi to slow down and making a realistic schedule.
I'll chat with Nil and see what we can come up with. She's out of town today with her Mom...so won't hear anything tonight.
Sorry life has been rough. Mine is rough too right now. Serious Job Hunting and some other matters that have made living where I am very difficult and depressing. My Ex finally got a great job in Atlanta. Sometimes I really wish he and I could have worked out. He's a great guy for helping me so much lately. But I am so sad he's moving away. We've been in the same cities together for a long time. So...yeah. Totally understand the need for some fantasy.

(((OOC: Gomen! I'll post for my boys in a bit... wanna eat lunch, but I figured I'd go ahead and get my two cents in before I forget.
1.) CHIYOU
Chiyou can come to the dinner party (party of Beer and Pizza). That's fine. Akihiko will probably be a bit annoyed but he won't be mad about it or anything, especially if he has a good reason like maybe hand delivering a song he's finished to get the boss's approval (said boss being Akihiko). So if there's a reason that Chiyou is there, Akihiko won't mind too terribly much... especially since he wants to talk business with Michi and Yuuji over dinner anyway.
2.) RYUU
If Ryuu's on an overseas tour, I'd think it'd be best if it were perhaps Asia specifically. I'm not sure how much popularity Ryuu holds outside of Japan so maybe saying it's just Asia (excluding Japan) would be best. He can be in Taiwan, Korea, China, Vietnam, Thailand, etc etc. This will also make it a shorter tour than if he were in Europe too.
3.) SUZAKU
Yeah see Naoko was gonna give Suzaku a call but then you went poof so he never did. I wouldn't mind exploring that relationship at all, though he'll probably be a closely guarded individual. With Oreo it's different because he knows Oreo's job is to make him happy pretty much so there's a level of trust there... but Naoko's having problems building trust in the real world right now so he may appear a little standoffish and cold for a while.
