As I said - there were a couple of misunderstandings in my student years...
Alas, nothing that interesting. I worked in two nightclubs and one pub in Lancaster...if I was leaving from any one of those jobs late at night to drive home, I tended to get stopped by the police as a matter of course...they were worried about drink driving, as is only right. I hasten to add, THAT is something I have never done, and therefore never been arrested for...
The other occasions involved being accused of carrying an offensive weapon...but none of these instances were actually correct either, as the object in question was considered a religious artefact and therefore exempt. Always amused me to have a Lancastrian police officer stammering his apologies about everything up to and including the Pendle witch trials....XD
Oh...and there WAS that one time when I was a little bit annoyed at someone for trying to steal my car...and the police officer attending said that if he saw me hit him again, then he WOULD arrest me.
And the student hardship march, but that really wasn't my fault. Honestly. In fact, I am still not entirely clear how on earth I got hauled off in the first place.
