Sounds of The Underground

11 hours of ear splitting underground heavy metal.

Oooh, cool. I don't like heavy metal that much, actually. : I just know the roots of Ozzy and Black Sabbath because they affected so many other genre's. I like grunge, post grunge, and hair metal primarily, although I will listen to good metal every once in a while.

What albums do you know? Obviously White Music, that's Statue of Liberty. Is Senses Working Overtime on English Settlement? That's one of their only albums I don't know.

If you don't know it, I recommend you get Oranges and Lemons. Listening to it now. <3 King For A Day wink

wow.. I'm loved whee Unfortunately I am not familiar with any of their albums in particular, just random songs that have been sent to me by a friend (who was introduced to them by her dad if you wondered) 3nodding I shall definately look into them a little more, considering you seem to recommend them so fervently

My favorite band is (and has been for more than half my life) The Who. I also love The Beatles, Paul Weller, Casbah Club, The Jam, Style Council, Madness, Peter Gabriel, The Rolling Stones, Oasis, Suede, The Secret Affair, Roundabouts, Ocean Colour Scene, Delays, The Tommies, Squire, The Bresslaws, Freebooting Profiteers, Purple Hearts, Vanlustbader, Bloc Party, The Stone Roses, The Risk, The Yardbirds, The Creation, The Small Faces, and Blankit come to mind. I agree that they are generally more refined and come up with interesting music and often witty lyrics.
