Rumors and Plants (NightWerewolf here)

Alex shut the doors and drove off. "I know a store we can go to. They owe me a favor anyways, so I should be able to get you in." He nodded and headed towards the jewelery store.

Riley grabbed onto the seat with her claws to try and stay on. She watched as he drove in and out of traffic and finally stopping in front of a store.

Alex looked at the cat and blinked. "You ok Riley?"

When the car finally stopped, Riley rolled on the floor and collapsed. She seemed to glare at him.

Alex shrugged and opened up her door so she wouldn't have to go into the street. "Sorry, you could have meowed or something." He said and got out .

Riley jumped out and sat on the sidewalk, not knowing where to go. She waited for him and was ready to pick out the perfect ring.

Alex shut the car door and opened up the door to the store. "Hey Alice. I came to get ring. And I brought a little helper with me."

Alice blinked and saw Riley. "Aww, she's so cute." She smiled and nodded. "Is this for the girl you were with at the dance? I heard what happened to her, is she ok?"

Alex nodded. "Yeah it's for her, and she's fine. Her wound is compltely healed now.

Alice nodded. "That's good. I'll leave you to look around."

Riley jumped on the counter and began to look at all the ring selections. She walked up and down the counter trying to find the perfect ring for Eva.

Alex didn't know what Eva liked. He hadn't known her for long, but there had to be something in here that she would like. "Riley you got anything over their?" He asked as he looked through some of the rings.

Riley finally stopped and meowed. The ring that was right in front of her was small, not too expensive and perfect. The band was silver and diamond was the perfect size for Eva. It was right in front and in the center of the case beneath Riley.

Alex looked over at Riley and stood up. He went over and pointed to the ring. "That one their?" He asked. "I think she'll like it."

Riley meowed once again and looked back at the ring. She was very sure about this one.

"Ok. This one it is." He nodded and after a few minutes he walked out of the store with Riley as he carried the little black box.

The two of them hoped in the car and drove home. Eva was still in the grocery store, making new friends in the town and seeing what else she needed for the refrigerator.

Alex brought Riley inside and filled her bowl. He sat down on the coutch and took out his cell phone. "Now for the reservations."
