LOL, some people celebrate on the 24th, some on the 25th. When I was growing up, we opened presents on the 24th at night, and then had our big meal on the 25th at midday.

katana68 LOL, some people celebrate on the 24th, some on the 25th. When I was growing up, we opened presents on the 24th at night, and then had our big meal on the 25th at midday. ah okay... we here in Sweden have "the big meal and opens presents" on the 24th, but we celebrate 25th and 26th too ;D

i can't speak for whole sweden, but in my family
24th family + mothers side
25th my sister
26th just me and my cousins (or fathers side) not always. they are living in the northlands... and it's crazy weather there now.

Ah, well it's just going to be me & my daughter tonight. She already opened one gift last night ( I got to choose, so she opened clothes xd ) Then tomorrow it's off to my parents' house for the day.
Speaking of parents...I need to go shopping....so I'm going to duck out for a few hours and I'll be back later! blaugh

*Walks into MW Bar.* Hi Maune…Merry Christmas! xd
*She makes herself a latte and them proceeds to get out all the Holiday stemware (Red with a simple silver accent around the top and bottom and the glasses) and sets up an area on the bar for people to help themselves to a glass of Champagne. wink She gets out 4 ice buckets, fills them, opens 4 bottles of Champagne and sets them in the ice to chill.*
