Animaznboy AyakaBoA i can't fall asleep til midnight or later... sweatdrop The reason for that is because when you reach puberty/ become a teen melatonin (the hormone that makes people sleepy) is released later than it usually is for children or adults. Because of this our circadian pacemaker (biological clocks) are set backwards, making us sleepier later. Since we sleep so late we still get the melatonin after we wake up. This literally means that when we go to school, our bodies are supposed to be sleeping.

@ayaka....once i fell asleep and my mom came in and saw me listening to it and she started asking why was i listening to it instead of sleeping? i got in soo much trouble but i didn't hear her xp
