Fantasy Flight does make the RPGs for Games Workshop, and some of those Dust Warfare minis make great stand-ins for GW minis...

...I wonder if there's a connection there...

There isn't. FFG merely publishes and releases the materials belonging to Dust Studios, where Paolo drew up most designs years ago. ninja

Hey! I was gonna anounce that. Black Library is also going to release a revised edition of Visions of Heresy that contains all of the artwork for the Horus Heresy series of books.

I'm surprised Forge World have been given the chance to produce the books for the Horus Heresy. I thought GW would have released that through Citadel Miniatures.

I think forge world is above the schemes of gw and do as they please. Its also bit of a no brainer really, theyve been making pre-heresy armour sets for ages now, it seems only natural to just cave in to popular demand and just do what they wanted to do all along.

I really enjoy seeing releases in this thread that aren't from Games Workshop but have obvious application in Warhammer 40,000. If Games Workshop won't give me choice in thier main line of miniatures, I love knowing I can go elsewhere!

There's more to the h-h-h-hobby than just 40k and GW thankfully. Just need to get the sheeple to pick up on that.
