ice_illusion T-in-the-park tickets go on sale Friday. biggrin Aren't Red Hot Chili Peppers headlining that? I saw them at VFestival in 2003 and again in Manchester in 2004 (I'm going to try and get tickets for this year's Manchester gigs too) and they are absolutely amazing. If you get a chance I'd definately recommend seeing them (even if they are American lol)

Franz Ferdinand have been added to the line up. biggrin xXx White Lily xXx who was playing last year? My cd collection. Actually can't quite remember but Franz Ferdinand were there and I think Keane were (I may have went through a Keane faze xd ) and I'm not really sure but I remember thinking it wasn't possible to ever get a better line up. Oh yeah, The Killers were there. Just had a look at the site. Greenday, FooFighters, James Brown, New Order, Travis, The Magic Numbers, The Futureheads are the ones it has on history.

What would you use as an example to match them?Well I could name some personal ideas. ...but then, I'm highly controversial. I prefer XTC's version of All Along The Watchtower to the Hendrix version twisted

What would you use as an example to match them? Black Label Society, or Iron Maiden? They're much better as far as metal is concered.

Edit: Don't read this, it's a waste of time. (I was told to put that here, I suppose it is a good idea)
I GOT THE TICKETS!!!!!
Day tickets for Saturday. Franz ferdinand and Red Hot Chili Peppers and Kaiser Cheifs and Sigur Ros.
Most stressful thing I've done for a while. But good stressful. I woke up at quarter to nine. My alarm clock hadn't went of. So I practically jumped out of bed, turned on laptop, turned on main computer paniced becuase the internet wasn't working, paniced because the t in the park site wasn't working then got onto ticket master which was working. The paniced because the day tickets weren't going on sale, refreshing on both computers for about 10 minutes. Then started phoning as well, redial. Plus refreshing. Gve up for Day tickets being on sale (thought they had sold out in the 30 seconds I might have missed) and found that weekend tickets were on sale. Tried to get them, phoneline went down (I know it was the phoneline since I was trying to get through at the time) so I had to start again. Then got onto waiting list again, waited til 10 (while phoning and checking if day tickets were on sale on the other computer). Then didn't get it. Checked day tickets again. They were on sale. Clicked, waited 3 minutes, got ticket but had to fill in credit card details in 3 minutes. Didn't have a clue what an i.d. number was but the bin men were outside and mum was more outside (I was still in pjs) so put in the first 3 number bit I found on the card. And got it!!! Lucky guess. OMG OMG OMG very overexcited hyper but have stopped shaking.
Ok, seriously don't read that paragraph it's a waste of time. Anyway, must calm down and revise for that english writing exam that I know I'm going to fail.

Sorry. Didn't think of that. *head keyboard* Edit: I've edited it so at least you get the satisfaction of knowing you have saved someone else from it. Or something.
