I had a pretty good day up until dinner. Whatever. I have more important news! I'm reforming the way I do the water section of this journal. From now on, I'm just gonna put a liter amount. I'll be trying for 3 L per day. Yep.

Comments:
Gaah! I had been on a roll as far as excersize went. I just felt so blehhh today. I think it's because I ate too much. I've come a long way as far as the healthiness of the foods I eat in general, but now I just eat way too much of the healthy foods. xp Just the next thing I have to work on, I guess. I can do it!

I went through a splurge of time when I would play around 2-3 hours a day >>;; I swear, my butt's never been in better shape!

OKAY. WOO. I'M BACK. I don't know why but I hadn't felt like posting at all the last week. Maybe it had something to do with the lack of time for even excersize. gonk That's right, I haven't excersized in a week. Freakin' homework. I should be able to tomorrow, though. Oh yeah. Lunch. I stayed after class late finishing a quiz and by the time I got out the only main course left was gross tuna sandwiches. sad

Woo, I'm back in action. I might not have time for excersize in the next couple weeks but once school's out there's no reason why I can't every day. and i dont feel like typing anymore.

Comments:
Okay. Back for real this time! Back all summer! First of all, now that I'm out of school and I have more control over what I eat, I might just start doing every journal in advance. That way I have a set amount of food I can eat and it will be harder to eat more than that. I'll update this again at the end of the day.

I coulda excersized today... anyway, I'm gonna start being more specific with these entries. Also, starting today, NO MORE PIZZA AND NO MORE RAMEN. They're bad. mad Also I've gotten out of the habit of keeping track of how much water I drink. I should get back into it. whee

Comments:
pretty good day. I've been eating more snacks, but I've also been eating smaller meals. 3nodding My next big problem to tackle is vegetables. I never, ever get enough vegetables. confused

edit: regarding the excersize, OMG. OW. WTF. Okay, I was playing DDR like usual, and like a minute or so in my abs started to hurt, which has never happened before. It wasn't that bad so I kept going, but after like 15 minutes it got so bad I had to stop. It didn't feel like just a side stitch. My abs were just really sore for some reason. confused Boo.
