My mom only knows how to speak chinese, and I only live with her... since my dad's in China, running a business. XD

when i was 2 yrs old i spoke chinese perfectly and clearly, but my dad is vietnamese and he doesn't know any chinese, so now i speak mostly english at home.

I'm very happy I'm not the only one that voted English.
My mom's from the Philippines and didn't teach us any Tagalog or other dialects.

Funny, though, I'm becoming a linguist in the military. I can already speak three other languages, and I'm taking up a fourth.

Please... dont forget about me.. sweatdrop I speak chinese (mandarin) to and there was a time i had chinese class (not on a public school) i had good grades for some tests but now... i dont even know how to write my own chinese name crying

I'm kinda forced to speak both Taiwanese and Chinese at home...My parents are still kinda new to the English language...even though they've been living here for 20 years....They know enough to survive...but not enough to carry on an actual conversation.
