She tried to go back to her hive after her last meltdown, annoyed with therapy and the trolls here, and the way it made her feel. However, Natash found that her lusus was unsatisfied with her performance (and what was new there) and demanded she head back until she got a proper evaluation and was determined by a professional to be ready to leave. Angel scooped her back up and deposited her back at the center, now "strongly encouraging" her to make a highblood friend, or at the very least try not to fail at this exceedingly simple task of proving she was a mentally healthy young seadweller.

Gnash went to look at the activity board to find something to do, and saw something strange out in the courtyard. Was that another seadweller? She had fins! And was talking to an older troll wearing gray. Maybe she was another patient, but her gut told her she was probably like the redblood, another visitor. Still, it probably would be okay to say hi to them.

Polair felt relived as Bellen seemed to be fine. She was still eating some of the cookies, not really knowing she had a thing for cookies at least. She had split the cookies half and half, as they were first intended to make Bellen feel better-- though perhaps she forgot about it the second she started eating them. Well, processed and refined foods were always synthetically enhanced for one's tastebuds.

The child look around, hoping to find somewhere she could help out. Dr. Resmem pass by them with a clipboard in hand and felt the urge to go and ask her directly were could they need assistance in. She looked at Bellen, then back at the way the doctor went and back at the adult again. It was a bit obvious she wanted to go follow her.

Polair's exact measurement of the ball hitting her almost surprised the adult-- Vremea was not very good at mathematical equations, and the rush of numbers and physics thrown at her almost made her head spin. It took her a second to respond. "Y-yes, aha, that sounds correct," She may have been very well read on the concepts and ideas needed for certain things, but putting them into motion and actually using them was something she didn't normally need to do.

Bellen watched the seadweller begin to leave, and she almost followed before another dodgeball whacked her right in the face once more. She almost groaned, taking that chance to hurriedly follow the purpleblood into the halls, taking note to avoid any and all chances to go to the yard once more.

Polair was very sweet. She had returned with cookies and juice, and while Bellen was sure to know the things the purpleblood mentioned, she allowed her to talk, watching the smile on her face grow by the simple mention of the little things. Vremea almost couldn't believe it. She was having so much fun talking about the world, and yet, she was sure she probably didn't know how different it was from her jaded thoughts. Bellen's eyes softened. She was just a child. One that had fun talking about what she liked. Just like a normal troll. Her fins made no difference.

Vremea couldn't judge her.

"That was very enlightening. Thank you for sharing with me, Polair." Murmured Bellen, taking a cookie or two and beginning to munch on them easily, enjoying the taste. She sipped some of the juice as well, thankful for the presents she'd figured were to make her feel better. "We should probably get going. We could be helping someone feel better, after all," Said Vremea, voice soft and comforting as she watched Polair's eyes follow the passing doctor. With a short yet hesitant wave, Bellen placed a hand on the shoulder of the younger girl. "Come. Dr. Resmem is probably very busy, right now." She said lightly, standing up straight before motioning with her hand to the other side. "We can say hello personally another time, I'm sure."

"Yes...! Oh... I'm so happy." Ganyma proclaimed. He took the initiative and hustled into a big bear hug. He stood on his toes. "You're a lot taller now... Haha..."

Ganyma brushed away a loose tear that had built up in his eye. He shoved his hands into his pockets. "How far are you in your treatment? I actually... Should be good to go soon. I have a sponsor and everything, so I'll be back on my feet soon. Got a gig at the ALG... I'm sure things will look up for you too. Oh, gosh... Are any of the others here?"

He stopped himself from asking about the welfare of the Initiative - such talk could be considered treasonous. Ganyma fiddled with his hands.

New night, new things! Bellen wandered the halls curiously, eyes trailing the area around her before entering the dining block, looking for some sort of a snack-- Before her eyes settled on the delicious looking apple juice and adorable little cookies. She strolled over toward the table and took a few cookies-- Some for now, some for the road. They were truly scrumptious!

Another night, new things to behold! Bellen nibbled on cookie she was offered as she entered, holding a sturdy bag in her hands as she walked from the main room to the physical rehabilitation area. The hallway to and from was rather long, however, and on her way to the other side, someone told her to move. Bellen obediently obeyed, moving to the side before someone passed by her-- Were they... strapped down?! Bellen watched the scene before her with both curiosity and concern. They didn't look dangerous...! Bellen's eyes narrowed-- Was it because they...! Did they have rebellious thoughts? Oh no, the poor soul... Vremea stayed silent and continued walking-- She couldn't help them now, anyways. It was too late. They were found.

Maybe next time...?

Another day, another time. The hemoanoned adult adjusted her skirts and once more, the same situation happened. The Vremea in Bellen felt her stomach drop at the terrified eyes of the troll passing her, and her eyes cut to the side, a feeling of helplessness dimming on her. She needed... She needed to learn more, fast. So she could... maybe help some trolls. To not be willful. To not trust this place. She only wished she could help them...

Bellen decided to spend her time outside on this night, watching the patients play some sort of game with a rubber ball. She wasn't really an avid player of the game, so her knowledge of it was rather... minimal. It was entertaining nonetheless, seeing as most of them got really into it!

The same game again! Now, on the second time around, she was starting to understand the game-- but Bellen continued to feel a little puzzled at the point of it. Maybe, she'd play it with the other trolls! Just, not now. She wasn't feeling quite up to it!

The next day, Vremea decided to maybe try to find a new room she hadn't visited before, simply wandering the halls of the rehab center, only to come face to face with the same fiery mural she'd seen on her first day there. Bellen stayed stoic, staring at the artwork silently. Her hands were folded, expression empty. She wished she could paint over it with something nicer, less... Anxiety provoking. But... Her eyes stared at the masked trolls in the picture. Yellow eyes gleamed under black shades. She wished bloodshed wasn't the only option. A sniff and a blink of her eyes made the tear in her eye vanish, disappear in her watery eyes. She calmed herself down, dried her face. She needed to move on.

Bellen arrived once more, another day at the center, another day to learn and experience. Having talked several times with the trolls in the center, she'd often heard of the famous therapist, Dr. Resmem. Of course, she'd never personally met her before, but it was nice to have a figure goal in mind, to one day meet or-- Aha, there she was. She did look rather busy! Suiting.

The orthopedic shoes of the staff on rounds were quite soft on all levels. Dr. Resmem made practically no noise as she approached Natash from across the hall. She chuckled lightly from beside the child as she too looked out the window at Polair and... Miss Bellen. Dr. Resmem was clearly amused with Natash's interest in the other trolls.

"You should say hello!" Dr. Resmem announced without further introduction. She knew who Natash Boelli was, and it was quite obvious what Dr. Resmem was doing at the Rehabilitation Center. "They're both model patrons of the facilities. Miss Rision is a fine young seadweller. Miss Bellen might be a touch mysterious, but she seems quite fond of the younger trolls. I'm sure you'd get along swimmingly." Dr. Resmem at least had the decency to hesitate half a second before using her abominable pun. "Perhaps you and Miss Rision can help draw Miss Bellen out of her shell. For all her dedicated volunteer work I'm certain she's a credit to whatever caste she may be a part of. It's sad she seems to feel the need to downplay herself so."

Dr. Resmem didn't wait for a response from Natash as she set about rearranging the articles on the activity board. The younger troll was already taking the initiative with her treatment by showing up. She could decide for herself what she was going to do with her time at the center.

Once more, it happened. Bellen could feel her eyebrows pull together in worry as she moved out of the way almost instinctively this time, watching the staff member bring the strapped-down patient away from the premises. Bellen felt almost used to it by now. Each one just felt more and more like a lost soul. It pained her to see it...

Bellen wandered back into the dining block, taking a few cookies and yummy apple juice to refresh herself. Delicious! Sure it wasn't amazing, but they were adorably made and it was the thought that counted!

At this point, Bellen saw it as normal for trolls to be taken away into the dark room. It just meant she needed to be more careful, less trusting. One wrong movement, and she'd be like the young troll being carted off, expression full of shock.

It frightened her.
