She tried to scream, she really did. But it was like her throat closed up the moment her mouth widened to let out the sound. Standing before her was... Oh god. It looked like a mutated wolf thing from hell. It had two heads, one of which had bloody drool trickling out of it's muzzle. It had six legs, each foot adorned with wicked claws. It's body looked thin but very muscly, and Willow could see old scars and fresh wounds marking the ribs. The heads let out a low growl, sensing her fear. Something tickled her face, and Willow realized with horror that is was antenna's, and they were sticking up from behind the wolf things ears. Willow backed away, finally tearing her eyes away to spin and run. Deep down she knew that it would be pointless to run, it'd probably make things worse. But at that moment, she was so terrified she didn't care. The wolf thing lunged at her, one set of teeth snapping around her ankle and bringing her down with one quick jerk. It started dragging her back, and finally Willow was able to let out an ear-splitting shriek. Her fingers dug into the earth as she was dragged backwards, the leaves and soil that she came into contact with turning different colors- everything from bright pink to dark blue to mint green.

Amelia gave another yelp of fear when Sarifa and Danny appeared. She was so startled that she briefly flicked out of sight, just long enough for people to realized she'd turned invisible. Then she noticed Rain's water shield, and her eyes widened. So her secret was out, Sarifa and Danny seemed to have teleportation powers and Rain...could control water? Plus, Willow was still missing. It was all too much. Amelia started hyperventilating, her eyes wide. Everyone surrounding her started to feel some of her panic, though most probably thought it was their own. This was Amelia's second power at work, the one she had no control over. That's when a little cat trotted out, (looking like the one in Willow's picture, except no antenna... so far), and started yowling. Her power stopped affecting people, and Amelia calmed down a little, breathing normal. Then she heard Gabriel calling, and was about to answer when she heard a horrible scream. "Willow!" She called out, running in the screams direction, Pony (the cat) running in front of her.
ＤＡＮＮＹ
Danny was already freaked out to begin with, so when Sarifa appeared out of nowhere, "s**t!" was all he could say. And then he was standing with Amelia, Rain, and Tivona. "s**t!" He cursed again. Thats when Rain brought up a water shield, and Amelia turned invisible. Amelia started wigging out, and he had no idea what to do. He started feeling incredibly panicky, in fact, he was about ready to dart. Then that weird cat showed up, and he felt... calm. "Hey man! Over here-!" He calls out when Gabriel shouts. Thats when he hears the scream. It was horrible. Amelia took off, right on the cat's tail. He glanced at everyone else, then took off after her.

Aliya almost crashed into tree's more then once, but she always managed to dodge at the last second. She didn't notice when her cats ears stood straight up from her head, twitching at every sound. She came to a sudden halt when she heard a yell, and opened her mouth to respond, but an ear-splitting scream filled the air. Her ears twitched, swiveling in the direction of the scream. Just then, a cat ran past her, then the girl called Amelia whipped past. Then Danny was past her. Aliya, without really caring what caused Willow to scream, followed as fast as she could.
~Reed~
Reed paused when she heard a yell. It sounded like one of the new arrivals, the boy who hadn't been in the class with Miss Maddle. "Over hear!" She yelled in response. Just then, there was an blood curling scream. Reed let out a startled yelp. The scream was so close! She turned and ran towards it, then froze in place. Her eyes widened in horror as she watched a terrible wolf... thing dragged Willow across the floor. That wasn't the only thing that scared Reed; everything Willow touched was changing color. Reed stood there a moment before realizing she had to do something. She closed her eyes visualized the wolf things legs and left head frozen. After a moment, she opened her eyes. The demon wolf had released Willow when it's left head had frozen, and it tripped over it's frozen legs.
~Isao~
Isao crept through the forest, holding his knife close. He jumped when he heard someone yell, and two people yell a response. Okay, those three are fine... Then there was a scream.
Isao felt himself freeze up. "No." He whipped towards the scream. "Oh no, please no!" He sprinted in the direction of the screamer, a determined look in his eyes. I'm not letting this happen again. I will NOT let this happen! |

As soon as the wolf thing let her go, Willow scrambled forward, the things she was touching still turning crazy colors. There was one rock that was half orange and half turquoise. Her ankle was bloody and hurt so so badly. She whimpered, looking back at the frozen wolf. It shuddered. Water started dripping off it's fur, and then it snarled. It placed a paw over Willow's chest, as if to say mine. It snarled again, looking at everyone who showed up with a growl. It was obvious this thing would attack anyone who came close enough.
ȺӍɆζɨȺ
Amelia burst through some foliage, just as Reed froze the wolf. She didn't care, "Willow!" She sobbed, darting towards her. Then the wolf thing started moving again, and it snarled. When she looked in it's eyes she saw pure rage, inhuman rage. What was this thing? She stopped short, watching as it stood over Willow like some kind of Master over it's prize. She heard Willow whimper, and desperately wondered what to do. She barely noticed Pony as he circled around the wolf thing, out of range. The cat seemed angry.

Danny came to a sudden stop behind Amelia, shocked at what he was seeing. He could see a trail of color where someone had clearly been dragged, and the... beast. It was frozen. Danny swallowed hard as the thing started moving again, and then it placed a paw over Willow's chest. If he went to close to the thing, it was surely going to attack. And that monster was big.

Sarifa blinked when she saw the wall of water. Merely raised an eyebrow to Amelia's invisibility. They were surprising, yes, but her thoughts were on other things. No time to freak out, which was why she got annoyed at the anxiety inside herself. Biting her lip hard, she jumped and stopped when she heard the scream. With a sigh, she looked to the late arrivals and nodded to Tivona before following after Danny and Amelia. Catching up easily before they were in front of a beast, her eyes widened a little. "Holy hounds of Hell," She whispered to herself when the petite young woman caught sight of the beautifully grotesque wolf beast and Willow. And Reed...freezing it?? Everything was strange but she had to think right now. Emotions could be dealt with later, she scorned herself. Taking to the shadows again after Tivona's brave move, she walked from the shadow behind the wolf thing.

Keithen felt his stomach fall as he heard the scream, it was loud and surprisingly close to where he was walking. Thinking of his cousin, he hoped she was alright.

Tivona followed after the small group once again. Singing softly to herself, her eyes began glowing lightly. When she caught sight of the whole fiasco. Tivona walked closer but still a yard away from the beast when long roots from the trees started to whip at the creature's paws, being careful of Willow underneath.

The wolf thing was being distracted by Tivona, and had lifted it's paw off Willow's chest. When she started wiggling away the wolf looked at her, snarling. That's when Gabriel suddenly appeared before her, grabbed her, and the next thing she knows their out from under the wolf and by a tree. The wolf barely had a chance to chase after her when a fire suddenly burst up in front of it, burning one of it's faces severely, the other catching on fire. The wolf howled and the fire started to go out. Thats when Pony yowled and leaped on its back, digging his claws in and biting at a place between the monsters necks. Pony was thrown off, and he darted away towards Willow. Pony's antenna were out now, the tips glowing green.

At first, Amelia wasn't sure what had happened, but it sure didn't take long. She rushed over to Willow, who was leaning against the tree trunk. "Oh my god, Willow!" was all she could say as she assessed the other girls injury. At the worst it was broken, at the least it would be a very bad sprain. And it would most definitely scar over. "What were you thinking?" She burst out, though now was not the time. "We need to get out of here," she stated turning away from Willow.
ＤＡＮＮＹ
Danny saw his chance as soon as Willow was out of the picture. Due to the unpredictable ways his fires turned out, he didn't want to risk, you know, accidentally setting her ablaze. He was actually aiming for the creature, and for once he wasn't that far off. It caught the thing by surprise, burning one of it's faces and catching the other head on fire. But then the fire went started going out. This wasn't Danny this time, either. He realized with some dread that the wolf must have some basic control over the element fire. Well... okay. Danny started talking to it in the language of demons, and the fire seemed to take encouragement from whatever he was saying and blazed hotter, though it didn't move.

Sarifa nodded as she caught a glimpse of Willow safe for the moment. If the teleport kid was smart, he'd get that foolish girl out of here and others if he could. Then there was a blaze, she couldn't see who the elemental was but the brightness made her step back a little as she was still behind the beast. She was debating what to do as she saw the beast seemed to be fire gifted as well. Great, just great...Oh, that might work, she thought with annoyance, finding a very familiar dagger and shadowported to be under the beast, dagger in both of her small hands. Taking a deep breath, she thrust it up with her might and to her right, closing her eyes and mouth as dark liquid fell from the wound and shadowported away again. A soft curse came from her lips as she found herself wet from whatever this demon bled. Dagger still in hand, she opened her eyes and wrinkled her nose at the smell of the ooze. Sarifa just hoped she did a little bit of damage to it because she was feeling her limit coming up as she took a few deep breaths but kept her eyes on the beast.

Keithen sighed and leaned back unseen but able to see. His power was not useful. His eyes were looking for Sarifa who was walking closer to the demon. He was close to her when he tossed his dagger to her. Knowing she'd find it, but why, he didn't know.

Tivona kept at it with the strong roots getting harsher once Willow was out of the way. Then there was an burst of flames to one head. She blinked but kept her concentration on her melodic yet soft conversation with the roots. Some grabbed his paws to keep him in place while others whipped at it. Then she heard it howl like it was in pain before her nose was assaulted by a fowl odor. Risking a glance, she noticed Sarifa before the girl was gone and her concentration was back on the beast. Ignoring the very light blood that she felt in her nose after a while.

Willow was looking at Pony, clearly angry. "Why did you call me in here? Do you see what you did?" She hissed at him angrily. Pony just looked at her in a very cat-like way, like he was saying she was just a small part of the big picture. He mewed once, jumped on her lap, and they were gone.

Amelia watched the beast disappear, and viciously hoped it had died or something. Or at the very least, was suffering a great deal and that's why it left. She seemed unfazed as she stood and investigated all that was left- scorch marks, drops of blood, and a very colorful trail where Willow had been dragged. She glanced back, looking for Willow. When she found that she was gone, Amelia seemed unfazed. "Let's get out of here, before it comes back."

Danny stopped cursing at the fire, taking a deep breath. This kind of thing always tired him out. "Well that was fun."

Willow and Pony reappear inside the Old Shack, where Pony heals up Willow's ankle as best he can while she chews him out. "Was that some kind of game? That thing could've killed me! and everybody else!"

Amelia sighs, and can't help the nervous glance around. Still nothing. She was still super pissed at Willow (and Pony...), but she did hope her sister was okay. "Yeah, I'll just get it out now, I can turn invisible," she states blandly, as if it were nothing, though her throat tightened, and her fingers twitched. She was waiting to hear all the taunts and then be carted off to a science lab were they'll do who knows what to her. She spares a look at the rainbow trail, "And Willow can change objects color... fat lotta good it did her."

Danny laughs, though it sounds bitter. "That's a plus, isn't it? At least we know it'll be an instant B."

Sarifa just kind of sighed in frustration as she walked into view. Still covered in the demon's dark blood. She didn't pleased at all. "This will take forever to get out," She poke coldly but a little tired. Looking to the tree where Keithen was now, she held out the dagger to him. Glaring at Danny when he said that was fun. "Maybe for you..." She hissed before her attention was to Gabriel. "We can talk about that after we're out of the forest...I'm guessing the cat already took Willow out. Can you teleport others to the cabin? If you can, please do and I will do the same." Giving orders was something that kept her calm when really all she wanted to do was wash up and go to bed. Turning to Danny then Keithen, she sighed, expressionless once more as she held her hand out to her brother, ignoring the ooze that would more than likely stain her clothes.

Keithen was out of hiding and nodded. Taking the dagger from Sarifa, unphased that she was covered in monster goop, and wiped the blade along his pants before sheathing it back under his coat. He took Sarifa's hand when it was offered and looked to the others, not sure who else she would take and the other teleport kid could take with him.

The roots stopped and went evenly back into the ground after the beast disappeared. She blinked and the glow in her eyes were gone, she was silent. Listening to Sarifa's logic, she nodded lightly. Willow and her cat were gone and she thought it was a good idea to get out as well. Seeing Rain's panic, she walked over to the girl and rested a reassuring hand on the shoulder and smile to the girl. "It's been a long day for all of us, but at least we're not alone," She told the girl is a soft and soothing yet strong and steady voice. The earth girl then looked to the others calmly.
