I guess that's technically correct, although it normally brings large masses of water with it. I'm not sure if the greeks would have considered it an air thing though I would imagine they would have thought the ocean caused it making it Poseidon's

I do believe in the last book, Percy made a typhoon though. and my computer might be joining yours in the shop very soon.
