okay so i havent been keeping up with anything at all! soon i will though! i promise. i signed up for a fatloss challenge at my gym & it starts tomorrow so i'm starting fresh tomorrow!

breakfast- smoothie time! -does a dance- strawberries, banana, pineapple, "superfood juice"(apple & pear juice, peach & mango puree, spirulina, chlorella, broccoli & spinach & barley grass), and a little hemp milk.
lunch- these vegan scalloped potatoes... daaaamn. oh well. i only ate until i was full.
dinner- "chicken" nuggets(tofu, brown rice breadcrumbs, spices) in a dip that's equal parts mustard & vegenaise.

exercise- FatLoss Challenge! my arms are sore xD

i also dyed my hair. it used to be mousy brown & now it's copperish. 3nodding i like it a lot.

breakfast- none, didnt wake up until noon.
lunch- whole wheat penne with olive oil, ground cashews(to substitute parmesan), & pepper.
snack- natural peanut butter & polaner fruit spread on double fiber whole wheat bread smile
dinner- vegan scalloped potatoes(hemp milk & arrowroot for thickener, nutritional yeast, & earth balance). its sadly around the same amount of cals as a nonvegan version :/ also, a single serving of dry cheerios.
liquids- [x][x][x][x][x][x][x][x]

exercise- 40 mins on the eliptical. i'm so sore from yesterday's FatLoss Challenge! Dx

breakfast- once again, none... :/
lunch- natural pb & fiber jelly on double fiber jelly. 16g of fiber! noms! i'm full after 245 cals. :] also, a mug of coffee with some stevia & silk soy creamer.

dinner-
water- [][][][][][][][]

exercise- i unfortunately missed the FatLoss Challenge this morning... i feel so bad about it :/ anyways, going to the gym for an hour of cardio & all the strength machines.

sorry i haven't been here since... wednesday? some drama and bad stuff happened on thursday, and i've been doing a lot of soul-searching and stuff. anyways, i'm still a bit upset, but i've been Saved and God is helping me through it.

anyways, i was 192, but now i'm about 189.6
.

Glad to hear you're doing better, and congrats on your progress! The FatLoss challenge sounds fun and supportive, though your exercise choices sound just as effective in becoming toned and losing fat. Good luck! biggrin
