Jevan R. H. Divinitive This and Duelist Pack Crow means every kid is going to run blackwings. Fun... Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru.
Blackwings are losing standing in Meta...not as strong as they used to be....etc.
They're basically like Gladiator Beasts; a novelty set that turned out to be great...but gradually died out.
You remind me of someone I said goodbye to a long time ago.

Gil Garth is hard as hell to get. It's going to become a common.
Will it be banned? No.
Besides, neither Dark Armed nor Vayu deserve a ban.

There are too many over powered cards being re-released as easy to get promos this year.

What has died in the game is the originality.
Back then when there was only the starter decks and first 3 packs, what kind of decks were made?
Nothing but basic stuff, but since the basic stuff was bought the series expanded. Now the series has grown out of control.

Competitive originality has never existed in this game on a grand scale.
However, in terms of diversity, this format is one of the best.
Dark Armed Dragon DOES deserve a ban. He's too easy to get out and is, at least, a +1 upon summoning. BLS was the same way.
Usually though, DAD is a "I win" or at the least a "I just got a +3 and 2800 points of damage..." That guy needs to go.

DAD isn't the biggest pain, at the moment it's Synchro summoning. Plaguespreader was limited to 1 due to his ability to give multiple synchro summons easily and now there are several cards that have the same effect.
They need to find some sort of balance and it isn't going to come from making more decks overpowered to battle the other overpowered decks. All these FTK/OTK decks need to be hit and hit hard, it should take at least 2 turns to win a duel.
