Well after 7 days i dont really see it or even feel a difference. I only feel my ab muscles when im doing the video. maybe i dont see a difference because its too early to tell or maybe because i see myself daily so i just dont notice.

Did you do it?: Absolutely.
How many breaks?: One.
How do you feel?: VERY sweaty. I just worked out before this.
Improvement from yesterday?: Yes, it didn't hurt as much/burn. I mostly feel the extreme burn right below my ribs.
I went extremely slow with my movements on the upper abs. I'm fatigued from my previous workout, 30 minutes ago.

How do you feel?: I gave it absolutely everything I had. It was the best 8 minutes I've had in a while because I couldn't think about anything else, I thought about absolutely nothing.

Improvement from yesterday?: Yes, I noticed that I am going higher with my shoulders. It seems that I am now improving every day. Hurrah for being young!

I did it late last night before going to bed so I didn't get to record the workout. It's getting easier though. :D

Improvement from yesterday?: I think I've hit the good workout plateau. (: I've adapted enough to be able to do the whole thing but it's still a workout for sure.

How do you feel?: I felt out of breath at the time.
Improvement from yesterday?: From the last time, I think so. I've built up endurance by walking during other times, so I took less breaks.

How do you feel?: I keep putting it off until right before I go to bed, so I'm all sleepy and don't push it D:
Improvement from yesterday?: Lol, I'm nervous that, because I only really feel this routine working in my upper abs for the most part, that's the only place any improvement is showing xD Like I'm getting an upper ab bulge, lol, hope that evens out!
