Ack, exams start this week. I should really be studying instead of slacking off at my computer. I can't do nothing just because I've finally brought my math mark up to an A-. Must keep working hard!

Today I ate:

- About 1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats cereal + milk + cherry tomatoes + banana
- About 2 cups of noodles with veggies
- About 2 cups of fruit
- A small plate of various desserts (my church celebrated their 150th anniversary)
- An egg salad sandwich + roast beef + milk

I think I ate quite a bit today. oTL I went on a bike ride today, but I'll be busy studying for the next week or so. I don't think this week will be good for weight loss. D;

@Lady Kayura: Thank you! I only have three exams because one of them was before the winter break, which gives me more time to focus on math and biology. Usually, exams bring up mark up or keep my mark even, so I'm not too worried. Hard work does it! c:

Alright! I'm in a pretty good mood today because I got a new haircut and I bought a pair of size five skinny jeans, and hey, they look good. c: They'll probably be a little less tight when I lose a bit of weight, but I can still wear them, so it makes me happy.

Anyway, I've checked on livestrong, and apparently I only eat about 1200 calories a day. I know I've mentioned this before, but I don't think I'm eating enough, yet I can't bring myself to eat more just for the sake of the calories. Even though I'm not eating that much, I'm not hungry. Maybe I should trying eating more nuts, raisins and other calorie dense foods.

Okay, so today I ate:

- About 1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats cereal + milk + cherry tomatoes
- About 1/3 plate of Jimmy the Greek rice and potatoes
- A container of yogurt
- About 2 cups of fruit
- Another container of yogurt + cashews
- About 1 cup of rice + milk + cucumbers + chicken

...don't tell anyone or you'll be just another regret.

@Lavender: That's what I was thinking too. At the same time, my weight loss is extremely slow, yet my family says I've lost enough weight for it to be apparent. I guess I must gain muscle mass quickly then.

Hey there. Fellow Asian to commiserate here. I hate how in Asia they really like that waifish look, to be all delicate with no muscles and then when you have a bit of weight on you they look at you like you're the hulk or something. >__<

Exams start on Thursday, so I'll probably stay home and study this week. oTL I'm trying to stay awake from junk this week, that way it'll balance out the fact that I won't get out to exercise much.

Today I ate:

- About 1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats cereal + milk + cherry tomatoes
- About 3/4 cup baby carrots
- A ham and cheese sandwich on whole grain toast
- One apple
- A small container of yogurt + shrimp crackers
- About 2 cups of fruit
- Another container of yogurt
- About 1 cup of rice + green beans + milk

Art class is officially over for me. My class was planning on meeting at the 'all-you-can-eat' buffet next week, which I'm really excited for.

Lately, I haven't been horribly strict on myself with eating well, mostly because I was thinking, "If I struggle to do it now, will I be able to do it when I lose weight? How will I maintain this lifestyle?". I love carbs, and I've decided that I'm going to eat them. I'm going to continue eat fruits and veggies too, and exercise regularly, but I won't punish myself for eating a cookie now and then. After all, it's about changing your eating habits, not dieting.

So, today I ate:

- About 2/3 cups Just Bunches cereal + milk
- A Special K bar
- A small container of yogurt + about 1/2 cup Just Bunches cereal
- A salad with basil Parmesan dressing
- Another container of yogurt + 10 cashews
- About 3 cups of fruit

Dinner looks like spaghetti. I also played DDR for about an hour today, despite being busy over exams. Hurray! c:

I'm almost done my exams! I only have one to go, woot! Plus, I'm going to an all-you-can-eat buffet after my exam on Monday, so I'm going to try and enjoy myself. It's a treat for working so hard, after all, but I won't until I'm sick. It's all about moderation! c:

Today I've eaten:

- About 1 1/4 cup of Vector's cereal + milk + cherry tomatoes
- A whole wheat bagel + cream cheese + peanut butter
- About 1/2 cup of milk + carrots
- A small container of yogurt + 5 cashews
- About 2 cups of fruit
- A couple slices of dried mango and some dried cranberries
- A roast beef + veggie sandwich and some Campbell's tomato soup
- A couple cups of green tea

I had a day off today. It's a conflict day for people that didn't show up to one of their exams. I'm glad that I don't have anything to do, but second semester starts tomorrow. Bleh. Oh well, at least things should be better in the new semester. c: I've also gotten my learner's permit, (a year after I could have got it, but hey), so I'll be able to get my license near the end of the year.

Today I ate:

- One slice of toast with jam + milk + tomatoes
- An egg salad sandwich from Tim Hortons
- About 2 cups of fruit + dried cranberries
- About 1 cup of Vector's cereal + milk
- About 1 cup of rice + stirred-fried veggies + milk

My second semester of this year (and the last I will have at my highschool) started today. My literature teacher is completely awesome, and the rest of my teachers seem pretty cool too. I'm pretty intimidated by calculus and vectors, but I'm sure if I work hard, I can do it. ... I hope. >.<;

Today I've eaten:

- About 1 1/4 cup Vectors cereal + milk + tomatoes
- A roast beef sandwich + cheese
- About 1 cup baby carrots
- A small container of yogurt + All Bran cereal + a few cashews
- About 2 cups of fruit
- About 1 1/2 cups of pasta + tomatoes + milk

I've found some exercise videos down in the basement that I hope to do. I get the feeling that my weight loss has plateaued because I've been going to the gym and doing the same exercises all the time. Hopefully, this'll switch things up a bit. c:

Turns out all the exercise videos required weights that I couldn't find or an exercise mat, which I don't have. I decided to go to the gym instead, so I ran on the treadmill for about 18 minutes and biked for about 27 minutes. My legs are dead. That's what I get for not being at the gym for over a week though!

I'm strangely tired today, even though I've done pretty much nothing. I don't know why; I was meaning to get out of the house and do something, but that didn't work out.

Today I've eaten:

- About 1 1/4 cups Vector cereal + milk
- About 1 cup baby carrots
- A ham and cheese sandwich
- Another 1 1/4 cups of Vector cereal (that stuff is GOOD) + yogurt
- About 2 cups of fruit
- About 1 1/2 cups of noodles + soup + cherry tomatoes
